John from All Around Joe arrived punctually, was attentive to my requirements, pleasant, courteous and an all around professional. All work was completed within a very reasonable timeframe and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The office promptly returned my call to find out what needed to be done, checked with Joe and called back to schedule the work day. Brandon installed a few lights, hung some pictures, fixed screens that had holes and fixed a couple of running toilets. He was professional and friendly, but not overly chatty which I appreciate. Did all the work well. (Minor point: He also is one of the only handymen I've ever had who knows how to use footies i.e. wear them only in the house. Usually people walk out to the truck, walk in the yard, etc. while keeping the footies on and then walk right back in the house. That is not the point of footies.)

The project went very well. Joe was able to start and finish work on time. His staff is reliable and trustworthy. John is an excellent painter. We have used Joe for various remodeling projects since 2013. We were pleased with his work and have used him for 6 more remodel projects on investment properties as well as our private residence. Other projects have included painting, plumbing, electrical, excavating, basement remodeling including installation of a bathroom, installation of an egress window and deck build. Joe is a true craftsman and wants the job done right. He is our contractor of choice and look forward to many more projects with him.

Reliable contractors are hard to find. Reliable contractors that also do quality work are unicorns. Joe is a unicorn. He delivers quality work on time and in budget. He's punctual, professional, and has an incredible eye for detail. I am excited to work with Joe on future projects and recommend him to all my friends.

Best experience I have had with a contractor. From the start, communication was great. Would text me every day to let me know when he would be there. I had some issues with the original structure and he explained everything about what he would repair and why. Attention to detail and the quality of work was outstanding. Always left the jobsite clean. I already have other projects we will have him do in the future.

Joe and his team are great. True gems and a Jack of All Trades. Always on time and communicated with us regularly. So happy to have worked with Joe and his team. We can’t wait to work on more projects with him!

Estimate did not include deck which was forgotten, Decided not to go with this handyman. Would prefer to have workman come to house and look at the work rather than give an estimate from pictures. Communication was not timely and estimate was non-inclusive of all projects.

Delayed response and poor follow up. Work was never scheduled. Knits good rep so apparently too busy.

The man who performed the work was great! On time. Professional. Good job. He measured everything from floors to walls for estimates for laminate and paint. Again, he was great!!. I didn’t hear back. He messaged after I texted and said they couldn’t get to me until the following month. But I still didn’t get the estimate. The first time I ever hired a handyman. So just an ok experience.

Zach was great! There was another problem that was an emergency and he jumped right in and fixed it. Joe told him to stay and help me out. This is the second time I have used them and they are great!

John arrived on time and promptly completed each repair. All work looks good and I would hire them again.

Joe never answers the phone. I left a message and he called back to schedule the estimate. He sent his co-worker over the next week to inspect. I was told it would be a week until I would receive the estimate. Two weeks later I called Joe and left another message. No response. I never received the estimate.

They guys were prompt, efficient, and even hauled away the empty box. Would definitely use again!

i recently became a tenant of a condo purchased by a friend, the seller is out of state so that didn't help matters at all. however they hired these guys to do some work. including the bathroom. however there are several issues. 1. hot water does not work at all for the shower/tub 2. exhort fan does not work at all. 3. glue used for linoleum tiles is not rated for high moister environments. and are "slipping" an attempt to call them to settle the issues result in an immediate answering machine. personally i don't deal with them and nobody else should have to for service...

To lead off, All Around Joe answered our call on a Sunday evening which exceeded my expectations. By 9:00 a.m. the next morning an employee was at our home repairing, bracing, and re-sealing our kitchen sink. I am impressed with how promt, efficient, and professional their business is run. I would not hesitate to recommend All Around Joe to our family and friends.

We have nothing but great things to say about All Around Joe! We had several last-minute repairs that needed to be done before turning over occupancy of our former home. Despite being booked out for weeks Joe and his team were able to squeeze us in during the time frame required. The workman called me the morning of service to tell me that he may be running late, then arrived only 2 minutes after his scheduled arrival time. He was very neatly dressed and professional. I was definitely impressed by the level of professionalism and punctuality. All work was completed under time and therefore under budget at a very reasonable rate. We will absolutely use this company again in the future!

Great. He replaced lights that are high up on the outside of my house

The work done was exceptional. The people were very quality conscious and committed to doing a great job. They showed up on time, kept me informed of status, and left my house with zero clean-up for me to do. The job they did painting deserves additional accolades. My wife and I thought that there were no good painters in Cincinnati. We now think that all the good painters work for Joe. All the items on my to-do list were completed to my satisfaction, In addition, the people were happy to advise me regarding alternative approaches to resolving the things that needed done. I had to wait a few weeks to get on Joe's schedule...but the wait was worth it. I will be happy to have Joe do work for me in the future.

Rushed through a couple of smaller jobs but overall a good value.
