Description of Work: We have an old farmhouse built in the 1920's. Looking to add two ceiling fans to the family room. All Around Joe was up for the challenge and did a great job running the wire and installing the fans. They look fantastic. All Around Joes sent out two people to work on the job. They where very professional. Joe himself showed up to review the work and made sure I was happy with the work, which I was.

Description of Work: The man was finished by the time I got there. One thing I noticed was he was in a jeep and I saw no long extenders for the washer to get up high. I was told they don't use ladders and that's why the long extenders. I walked around the house inspecting the deed and noticed the filth on around the windows and under the door covers. I guess it was a stand back and spray, you know , get it wet. He told me they don't use soap or anything, no wiping, just spray, Hey you get what you pay for. The coupon said the price was normally $399. You got to be kidding me. It wasn't worth $199. I now will not PAY-UP-FRONT for any service or so called deal on Angies List. Theres alway a thing that has been around for 1000's of years, " If you don't have to EARN that paycheck, you are not going to" Not going to happen again. This company? Run - Don't walk

Description of Work: Joe was very accommodating to my needs. Even though I told him that we probably would not be using his service in the near future, he was still very helpful and professional.

Description of Work: Ceiling fan three speed fan chain had broken. Kitchen outlet wasn't "hot". Garage door was screeching Storm door weather stripping had been scratched off by cats and dog. Under cabinet lighting wasn't working. All of the above was repaired in under 2 hours. Fantastic, fastidious and fast work. Very professional and very friendly. I had one or two other things that need attention and Joe tole me how to fix them myself and save dmoney.

Description of Work: Joe is the true sense of a professional. He was great with communication from proposing to actually doing the work. He installed an egress window and explained in detail everything that was to be expected. We were concerned about landscaping and he was courteous of our request. He started and finished the job exactly as he said.

Description of Work: Our house was filthy after the winter and I did not have the time to do the job. All Around Joe came out and cleaned the entire siding on my house. He was able to remove all the brown and green staind as well as cleaning the foundation. He was very courteous and did a superb job making sure all was clean and no damage was done during his work. I plan to use him again!

Description of Work: The trim, siding and decks were cleaned. Note: My house is predominately brick, so there was a lot of siding, which is why we also had the deck included. The owner was fair whenhe saw that I didn't have whole house siding and followed up with a phone call.

Description of Work: I called Joe on a Friday after my contracter skipped town on me with my money. I left a message and he called back right away. In fact he came to my house at 5pm that day to check out the mess. Joe and his crew started the following tuesday. I had to be out of my apartment in 4 days. Joe and his crew went above and beyond. They put in my whole batroom and it turned out beautiful. I love it! He also finished other things like trim. Joe kept in close contact with me the whole time. He also did exactly what he said he would do wich is sometimes hard to find these days. His crew came back and installed my son's wooden playset which can me challenging. He also hauled away a bunch of garbage that the last contracter left, hung pictures, worked on a plugged drain any thing I asked. Thanks so much Joe and your crew!!!

Description of Work: I emailed Joe to confirm the scheduled date to remodel my kitchen on Sept . 17th. The job included(installation of new kitchen cabinets, plumbing and electrical work for new kitchen appliances. I was surprised by the reply that i received.! Joe said that he had attempted to call me two weeks ago to tell me that he had blew out his knee and would not be able to start the job. I can honestly say that I never received a phone call from Joe . When Joe agreed to take the Job, he was fully aware that I was looking for someone who could give me a complete estimate for the job, schedule the job and complete the job as stated. I am very disappointed that after rushing around to make sure I had everything ready for the kitchen (materials purchased, removal of all objects from cabinets and boarding plans for my dog)that I am again searching for someone to install my cabinets . Joe said he could possible start the job at a later date If I could wait, When? I understand that things happen and was very sorry to hear about his injury,however if would have been nice to have received a phone call or email.

Description of Work: Our mailbox was knocked over on a Sat night. I called Joe on Monday morning and he had men out to my house that same day. He was responsive, nice, professional, and my mailbox was reinstalled immediately. We would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Joe gave me an estimate, told me how much soil to dig out (since I wanted to do that) and promptly ordered the windows once I'd finished digging. (Non do-it-yourself fanatics might have him and his crew do the digging.) He and helpers showed up promptly on egress day, cut through the 14" stone slab foundation of this 100+ year old house, and put in two egress windows. The next day they returned, built timber walls around the pit areas, filled the outside pits with gravel to the bottom of the windows, and cleaned up everywhere. I am delighted with the work!
