It went very well, very quick to respond, got here quickly and got the job done quickly. The only problem I have is the cost was a little more than I had hoped but I didn't have time to wait for more quotes as I only have one toilet in the house so I needed it fixed ASAP

Although I ultimately selected another plumber because their quote for the job was over 15% lower, I would still recommend 1-800-TOM-PLUMBER. The plumber who came for the estimate was very knowledgeable and provided useful advice about the job.

The plumber was there within an hour. Very friendly and most importantly- educating. He explained what was going on thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable because next time if I have to call I will have a more well rounded perspective on what is going on. I believe educating women on everyday household problems is very important and is needed more than we know! Thank you guys!!

1-Tom Plumber was awesome. Adam came to the house and fixed our sump pump. He was professional and knowledgeable about his work. The invoice I received did not give me sticker shock either. The price was right for the service and quality I received. I would hire them again and you should too.

I had a significant leak, due to dog chewing through the main waterline to my toilet. Water was leaking through the floor to the lower lever. Not only did they arrive in under 30 minutes, they replaced the line, and cleaned everything up, going so far as to arrange for machines placed to dry out the space in the ceiling that was wet.

He was very nice and professional. He removed my toilet and put a camera down. Could not find a problem; thought maybe the valve. BUT then he told me he was a small company and couldn't do the work to fix the valve. Didn't mark where valve was or output valve was. Had to hire another company to do the same thing since they could fix it. Charged me $400 for nothing.

Thank you for your comments. There was a flange repair completed on your toilet as well as a new tank to bowl kit installed. We did camera the sewer line and make a recommendation for repair, which was services that you approved. Since you did have to have another company also camera the line, we were more than willing to work with you on that. However, we are not willing to refund the entire service call, because other work was completed.
