He did draw a permit for the shed but he did not not draw one for the house. I used to do construction myself so I can tell these things are not normal. He said he was going to pay for the electric for the shed. I ended up having to pay for the electric. He said he was going to put plastic down with gravel on it to level out the shed. He only put the plastic down. He said he was going to work on the garage and put a floor in to be level with the rest of the house and he did not even draw a permit to do any of this and the floor is not level with the rest of the house. He also said he was going to put insulation in the floor and he only threw pieces of insulation in. He does not show up on time. He uses leftover material from other jobs. He does not follow up on his crew. He literally says he is going to do something and he does not do it. He always has an excuse for not showing up.
