Thomas Tile responded to my phone call and set up an appointmrnt to give an estimate within days of my contacting them. Some companies could not come out for several weeks! He came out, took measurements and got me his prices within days. We would have used this company if he could have fit us in sooner.

Alan is the consummate professional: always returns phone calls, arrives on time, is very clear about what he will complete, works steadily and approaches us only when he has a suggestion or an update.The bathroom was on the second floor, so he laid his drop cloths and a few of ours to prevent tracking. He was careful to set up his cutting station outside and away from our walk areas.Alan gave us the expected timeline and always warned us when he was about to start pounding nails or about to spray a strong-smelling chemical. On the first day, he prepped the floor, removed the toilet, laid the concrete board and laid down the tiles that didn't require cutting. On the second day, he was laying the remainder of the tiles, all which required measuring and cutting. He re-connected the toilet and had the job finished over two days in 13-15 hours. We had to stay off the floor for 24 hours, then clean it before walking on it.The finished project is beautiful.We recently hired Alan again to re-caulk our master shower stall and a second tub area and he will be tiling 90' sq. ft. in our master bath.His work has definitely upograded our home and made it more appealing to the eye.Our neighbors on both sides have also used Alan for their tile projects. We highly recommend him.
