+ -1 moreThe repairman came out to evaluate and then said we needed a new agitator and it would take 7-10 biz days to get the part in and then they'd come out and fix. It is 12/1 and we haven't heard anything from them. We've called and left multiple messages and no response. We've called Sears multiple times and they say we need to work with SPRINT APPLIANCE REPAIR or start over with a new repair service. Today, almost a month later, we ordered the parts ourselves (for $100+), which will amazingly get here either tomorrow or Sat. We will get a repairman to fix it. So much for a Sears Warranty and so much for customer service. I would NEVER use this company again and will never purchase a Sears product again.
Description of Work: Our washing machine agitator broke on Nov 4, 2016. It was under warranty from Sears so we called them. They told us to work with SPRINT APPLIANCE REPAIR and scheduled an initial appt.

Description of Work: I purchased a Refrigerator from Home Depot with an extended Warranty. After 15 months the area for fresh food stopped cooling. Sprint Appliance Repair came and said a part needed to be ordered. When calling to check on the part, I usually left a voice mail. Most of the voice mails were not returned. After over a month and the refrigerator was not repaired. I got my money back from Home Depot.

+ -1 moreI REALLY DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT. THE CREW IS VERY RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS AND GOT RID OF THE DEBRIS.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND CHECKED OUT THE WASHER. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A BELT AND MOTOR.
