Description of Work: Our patio door leaked. We feared that we might need to replace it. Brian Siler came out and inspected the door. He told us we could probably fix the problem without replacing the door. We ordered our material from Pella and Mr. Siler painstakingly serviced the door and fixed the opening (the original installation was done improperly before we lived here.) I was impressed with his attention to detail. After numerous heavy rains, we have no leaks. A less reputable person could have charged us for a installing a new patio door; Mr. Siler is honest and saved us lots of money. We will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Resurfaced an existing wood deck, added support beams underneath and new hardware to bring to code, all new railing, removed and rebuilt new steps, and poured a new concrete pad (after discovering existing one buried too deep). They replaced all pre-existing lattice work to base of deck, per our request. Workmanship EXCELLENT! All exposed wood edges rounded off, placed rubber stripping where wood meets side of house so no gaps; very secure and sound structure now. A little pricier than other companies but the quality of the finished product is worth it. Work delayed slightly due to issues with staffing, however they made it up by working late or offering to work over the weekend. Would definitely do business with Siler in the future and we recommend them to others frequently.

Description of Work: Replaced our back door with a slider. To do this, Brian framed in the existing opening (it was too large for a standard slider) to fit the door. Great work. Would go to him and his company for future projects.

+ -1 moreHe was spectacular and very knowledgeable in the products. He was ons with his repairs and he didn't over charge or uncharged. He was very prompt in the services he did and did an excellent work. We were very happy with his work. We will use him in future.

+ -1 moreHe used Pella products and is an exceptional craftsmen! He assisted with ordering and helped customize the windows as our home is very old. We have known him for quite a few years and have waited to do the project as it was a large feat. He is knowledgeable, patient, and so nice. His work was very reasonably priced; his fees are separate from purchasing the windows (itemized separately). He also has an engineering background and approach to the measurements and actual project concept. His engineering background is evident in the way he solved the problems that came up. Brian is extremely resourceful. He also installed aluminum cladding on the outside of the windows. He does things in a timely fashion, courteous, and I could go on and on...he is just superb! I was referred by another contractor, Allied Glass, to this company.
