+ -1 moreAt the time his workers were rather young and lacking much experience. They were curtious and friendly, their work satisfactory . I believe the more upscale houses had not been part of their usual fare and it was difficult to to get them to adjust to special requests ie, centering a toilet on a 4' wall where they think 'code' is telling them it must be 16'' from the corner. If having them not be able to think outside the box is not an issue, they are trustworthy and their work OK.
Description of Work: Ray Jacobs Plumbing did the initial installation for our newly built home in '95. This included putting in all the sinks , toilets , water heaters ...everything.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING BECAUSE THIS WAS THE WELL THAT WATERED THE CATTLE. THEY WERE PREPARED BECAUSE THEY HAD EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED TO FIX IT WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO DIG OUT THE WELL AND WORK ON THE PUMP AND THE PIPES. IT WOULD NOT BRING THE WATER UP BECAUSE IT HAD LOST ITS VACUUM AND HAD NO SUCTION.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE DONE OTHER WORK FOR ME AND I HAVE BEEN PLEASED FOR THE MOST PART WITH WHAT THEY HAVE DONE, BUT OTHER TIMES NOT SO PLEASED. THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE DEPENDABLE.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY PUT IN AN ADA TOILET. FOR CONSUMER INFORMATION, AN ADA TOILET THAT USES 1.6 GALLONS PER FLUSH WORKS FINE.
