Description of Work: Cleaned four bedrooms, family room, staircase & upstairs hall. Very professional! Carpeting had its first cleaning in more than a few years and it looks and feels almost new again. The shorter napped carpeting dried in just about 6 hours; the shag took almost 24 hours to dry completely, which didn't surprise me. The gentleman who did the cleaning was nice enough tell us the that the short-napped carpeting (which is most of the house) was of very good quality and that we should expect many more years of wear from it. The shag really looks bright and nice! We are very pleased with this service!

The technician they sent out were wonderful to deal with. I really like them. I would definitely use them again. They did a super job. They explained everything to me. It was the first time I've ever used them but I will definitely use them again. The price was reasonable for the services I received.

Description of Work: Pro Care cleaned two oriental rugs for me that had pet stains and odor. Afterwards, the rugs looked much better, and the odor was almost completely gone. We were very pleased with the result.

Description of Work: This company was punctual and professional. I asked them to clean the carpet in my son's room, which is a challenge because it's a small room with a bunch of stuff on floor. They moved furniture and was able to get out most of the stains on family room carpet created by two large dogs. They also cleaned the stairs. I saw the work and my brother and sister-in -law thought they were wonderful; they were very cooperative, accommodating, conscientious and thorough. They were a little on the expensive side but I think they were worth the money.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time, cleaned our carpts in the four rooms and did a great job. I was suprised how much better the carpets looked. They couldn't do anything for wear, of course, but the areas that weren't worn looked much better.
Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning our tired carpets. I have to say, they look great! They got out multiple stains, some that had been there a long time. I am very impressed with this company and the reults.
