They didn't do a complete job. When we brought it to their attention, they made it right.

The work that was done after closing you did and I paid for u to put electrical outlets in garage and outside wall. So it was not free . Yes after 2 months of waitng u finally sent ur guys over ur electrician put a 20 amp fuse on 14 gage wire!!! Your carpenter put 2 pieces of wood on my kichen cabinets so the food wouldno longer fallout on to counter top and tighted the kitchen sink down but instead of putting cocking undersink he tightened it the put calk around and ur responce was that is how u do them all. So yes after 2 months u sent your guys to do a bad job!!!

Millennium started the project punctually each day and efficiently went about the business of constructing a space that went from a and quot;junk roomand quot; to a bedroom with its' own den. At the end of each day major progress could be noted. Workers were courteous, clean and non-intrusive to our daily routines. During the course of the construction we had a pipe burst in our garage. Millennium had a plumber in immediately and the repairs were completed within an hour. This wasn't part of the project and could have been disastrous. When the project was finished we were so pleased and impressed with the quality of their work. I highly recommend this group and wish them much success.

Had storm damage and siding had to be replaced. Insurance company sent out contractor, but workmanship was so bad, we had to hire another (Professional) Contractor to completely take the siding back off and re-install it.
