they diagnosed the problem but the part was unavailable today. since the furnace is 1/2 working the part will be available & come back monday

Kool-Ease was called for a no heat call on our home (they were actually called by the previous owner as part of our repair addendum when purchasing the home). They claimed to have removed and cleaned the flame sensor, burners, condensate trap, and checked the flue exhaust pipe and fresh air pipe for any blockages. The determined the no heat was due to a faulty circuit board which they replaced, however when we moved in there was still no heat. I called Kool-Ease three times and talked to different individuals who were supposed to have a technician call me back, and they never did. So I opted to use my home warranty company who sent out another company. The other company quickly determined the condensate trap was plugged, and drained about 40oz of water out of the furnace. So in short the previous owner payed for a $620 repair which should have been routine maintenance.
