 + -1 moreA company that had promised to fix the pump, but through office communication errors, told us they wouldn't be providing service, actually provided the service. I contacted Jeff to cancel the appointment. His quote was probably half the price of what we paid the other company. Though Jeff didn't actually provide physical service, his customer service, knowledge, and willingness to squeeze us in on a very busy holiday weekend are impressive...will be contacting him for pool maintenance, opening, and closings in the future!
Description of Work: Called Jeff on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend because pool pump/motor needed replaced. Had called probably 15-20 different places throughout the week trying to get service. Nobody could/would fit us in or they weren't "taking new customers." Jeff actually answered the phone, returned calls, did trouble-shooting with my husband over the phone, and was willing to fit us in at the end of his already busy day! Definitely recommend!

 + -1 moreHe never showed up. I called the guy repeatedly and he never even bothered to come back. We scheduled the appointment a week in advance. Did the usual stuff where he said he couldn't give me an exact time that he would show up, so I took the whole day off to accomodate the work.
Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment to come out and service our leaking hot tub.
