+ -1 moreThe company called me 30 minutes after my appointment time to cancel the appointment. The receptionist seemed less than apologetic and continued to offer me an appointment in ANOTHER three weeks. I was most surprised by their lack of concern for the customer and their time.
Description of Work: Hearthside was scheduled (three weeks in advance) to come out and do an inspection on my chimney that had been covered for several years.

+ -1 moreMATT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THOROUGH WITH HIS CLEANING AND HONEST ABOUT THE NEED TO HAVE THE SECONDARY FIREPLACE CLEANED. HE CAN BE A LITTLE SLOW OCCASIONALLY TO RETURN A PHONE CALL, BUT IS ALWAYS HERE WHEN HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO BE. HE IS ALWAYS SURE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE LOOKING THE WAY HE FOUND IT. THERE IS NOTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP OR CLEANED AFTER HE LEAVES.
Description of Work: INSPECT AND CLEAN WOODBURNING STOVE. INSTALL 12' SECTION OF STAINLESS STEEL PIPE WITH CAP ON BOTTOM OF FLUE. INSPECT 2ND FIREPLACE UPSTAIRS.
