+ -1 moreMy car was damaged by an uninsured driver. I was not sure if it was safe to drive and took it to a tire shop to check it out (it was hit in the back drivers side door, tire and fender). It was a Saturday and the tire shop felt it was not safe to drive. I did not have the insurance claim number with me and they called H & H and Craig said to go get a rental car under the H & H account ( it was right before the rental company closed that day) so I could have the wheel repair and body repair estimate made. I had a large deductible and thought I would not be able to repair. H & H offered to replace the back door with a used one and paint to my satisfaction while I was on vacation at a price I could afford. They were finished a day before it was promised and did an excellent job. They fixed my husband's car exactly as promised. Craig and all the people we worked with and spoke to on the phone there were the BEST in a bad situation.
Description of Work: They got a rental car for me and gave me an estimate that I could afford and repaired the body of my car right on time after a wreck. They also offered to replace a plastic window part that was broken on my husband's car for cost while we were picking up mine.

+ 0 moreTHEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB ON THE REPAIR DAMAGE. THEY MATCHED THE PAINT PERFECTLY. THEY RETURNED MY CAR CLEANED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
