Fencemasters did a great job on my driveway pad addition. I would hire them again.

I'm complaining about the porch. He told me on the time he came back to redo it That I had dealt with it and I called him today and told him that i was not happy with that porch and that i would like my money back if that was $900 for the porch. He told me no, I was not getting my money back. I told him I was gone in and Angie list and I was pulling the better business bureau, and I would take him to court. And he said he made some Hispanic racial slurs. And then you call yourself a Christian. He hung up on me.

I had Fencemasters & Driveway replace the driveway, front porch and sidewalk on or about March 17, 2021. They did a great job and assisted with some other issues with the sprinkler system and wail box. In August 2022 I notice the front porch breaking away from the sidewalk. Sent notification to them and they said it needed repair. They came out in November of 2022. It appeared that they sanded the crack and put some concrete on top as a patch. This lasted about 6 months. Contacted them again with pictures (the crack is now worse) and yes they agreed it needed to be fixed. As of today 12-9-2023 no repair and I am looking at other contractors to come and fix this issue.

Our driveway was replaced in Oct 2022, initially we were very pleased with the results and dealing with Anthony and family. But, within a month defects occurred, a large chip on joint between sections, spalling of skim coat on curb cut they made, crack across porch edge and many leafs coming up thru concrete surface. Due to winter weather they delayed repairing the chip, porch crack and spalling until May 2023, the leaf defects were not repaired. Within 5 weeks the repaired defects returned and a large hairline crack has occurred in another area. After months of numerous calls and texts being unanswered we are writing this review. Most disappointing thing with this situation is the continuing lack of response, we are pursuing other companies to repair defects left by Driveway Replacement Specialists.

Anthony and crew did an excellent job in 2 days. 1 day tear out and levelling and 1 day to pour and finish. I opted for fiberglass mixed concrete but he gave an option and per sqft. pricsoft. rear which wasn't that much higher. The only thing was severed sprinkler heads. Will recommend.

Looks great. Got it done very quickly. The best part was Anthony taking my 4 year old for a ride in the Bobcat, then a ride in the dump truck. Would highly recommend and reuse if I ever need concrete again.

Did not use this business but they are doing my neighbors driveway, they have been incredibly unprofessional, got concrete all over the side of my house, was rude to my partner when she asked them to move their truck that was blocking our driveway. We have called multiple times and tried to talk to the owner about getting it resolved and he has yet to return anything to us. Absolutely ridiculous that I'm not even using these people and they get concrete all over the side of my house. They have ruined our side yard and it will most likely take us months if not a year to get all the concrete and rocks out of my yard. you can clearly see the damage to my house, all of this was accurate and I have pictures and videos. THIS COMPANY ALSO TOUCHED MY HOUSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WALKED ON MY PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM ME, THE HOME OWNER. AGAIN I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE OWNER OF THIS AWFUL BUSINESS TO FIX THE DAMAGES HE DID TO MY HOUSE. HAD MY INSURANCE CALL HIM, CALLED OVER 6 TIMES NO RESPONSE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER HIRE THESE GOD AWFUL HUMANS TO WORK FOR YOU. I Have plenty of video and picture proof, the picture uploaded, is after he tried to half *** wipe off the cement and ruined my siding at the same time., also did all this WITHOUT my permission.

Very informative about the process, responded to all our requests. Poured a 3 lane driveway for our house.

Above and beyond my expectations. Great team and they worked quickly. Full recommendation.

Anthony did a great job, including handling a couple additional projects once he got here. Fair price and good work. They cleaned up after the job, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

All workers are kids, inexperienced. Shoddy work. The truck air brake were emptied out in the street in front of the house, concrete left in the yard. The front walkway has a light colored patch work in front of the door and rear patio has corner broke off when forms were pulled to rough, then patched. Owner said he would come back in two weeks to clean up. He never showed up. Not happy

It went terrible. I actually found them on Home Advisor and they gave an estimate. I hired them and after it was done, there was nothing that was done right. It looked like a twelve year old had put up the boards and the concrete was cracking in a week. He came out to look at the concrete and he said it was normal. He said they would work on it, and it ended up looking even worse. I was told by two other companies this should be torn out and redone. I could never get him to come back out and do it right. I tried to get him to give me some of my money back and was unsuccessful. I ended up hiring someone else and I would never hire them again.

It went very very well. They were on time, very friendly, and were happy to educate us throughout the process. Their bid was mid-level; it wasn't the most expensive but also wasn't the cheapest. However after he took the time to explain the process we knew he was the right man for the job. Due to the heat and because the driveway was so large, we had a little bit of cracking. They came back out and repaired the cracks until we were completely satisfied. I plan to rehire them again in the spring to build us a fence in our backyard. I would highly recommend them to others.

The appointment was for 10/04/2017 at 3pm. NO CALL NO SHOW.

It went almost perfectly! The only weird thing was that my husband gave them the "go-ahead" to complete the work, but they never let us know WHEN they would be there, so it was a bit of a shock when we got home one day and suddenly had a new fence. Far be it from me to complain about a pleasant surprise like that, but it did feel a little odd. All in all, love the fence and the yard look wonderful now - would definitely hire again if we needed to redo any other parts of the fence.

Anthony Jr. came out promptly to give an estimate. He was professional and emailed me a written estimate soon after his visit. Work began when I was told it would. But, the two men who did the work were not given any information or drawings pertaining to location or size of the fence or gates. After a phone call to supervisor, they began digging. I shared concerns with the workers about larger openings for gates than I had discussed with Anthony Jr. and also the type of gate they were going to install which did not match the style of a split rail fence. They corrected the type of gate but not the size as posts were already in the ground. The posts appear plumb and the rails level. The gates were all hung so they would swing and be secured (the double gate did require another trip out to add a drop bar to hold one side in place and trimming of the top of the gate posts to make it look more aesthetically pleasing). I called Fencemasters after the fence was installed when I realized that the fence was not as large as the estimate stated. I also shared my concerns about workers not being properly equipped with enough information to perform the job correctly, and instead of leaving some extra brown fencing wire for areas I felt had too much of a gap at the bottom the workers chose to put extra dirt all along the fence line, and finally some posts had a mound of exposed concrete. Fencemasters promptly issued a refund and corrected the problems they could.

Excellent work. They arrived on time and were very friendly. Did a great job on installing a new post and wider gate in a split rail fence. Very attentive to details.

Exceeded my expectations and done quickly and clean up was great. They even dug the holes for my deck posts. As good as quality as the other guys and much less expensive.
