I hired Excellence Cleaning Services to clean my house before a party they were exceptional, very nice, professional and did an outstanding job cleaning my house. If you are looking for a one time or regular cleaning company, I highly recommend them!

We've used Excellence Cleaning Services for over 9 years and have been very happy. The owner makes sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. She always follows up to be sure any new cleaner has worked out. But they try to keep the same person assigned for consistency, which is much preferred vs. other cleaning companies sending someone different frequently, or every time. Our house is always clean and we are frequently complimented on that by visitors.

Excellent! Our housekeeper is very thorough and professional. I trust her in my home when we’re not there and that’s not easy to find in a cleaning company. We have a dog that is constantly shedding and she always does a fantastic job of cleaning it up. She even cleans our fans and blinds! The owner is great to work with and is extremely prompt with her communication. It’s always nice to come home to a clean house! I highly recommend Excellence Cleaning Services.

Excellence Cleaning has been wonderful! They were super responsive to our request and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. We love Jeannine's Excellent Cleaning Service. Jeannine is very professional and responsive. Our housekeeper Jennifer does an awesome job. Each visit she does a general clean of the house, and then does a deep clean of one specific area. One week it's blinds, then baseboards, then kitchen, bath/shower, etc, etc. We've had multiple compliments from friends and family about how good the house looks.

We love our housekeeper. She's reliable and does a great job each time. She is flexible if we need to change dates or adjust times. The owner is easy to communicate with, and she's very responsive to concerns.

Moved into a 3-br home and needed regular cleaning. Tried two big name services but both would send large (>4ppl) teams and they would be in and out in a second, with a lot of things missed and not cleaned thoroughly. Hired excellence cleaning and from the first moment Jeannine came I knew it would work, she will routinely ask what I want to focus in each week and will actively seek feedback to keep improving. I also like to know it’s always the same person coming to clean my house. That has allowed us to commmunicate directly with her and make slight changes to timing. She is always ready and happy to modify the schedule to fit our infants needs and make sure she’s not “in the way” for naps and feeds and such. Super helpful. Only “minor” downside was it took a while for Jeannine to find someone that could come weekly but being a pandemic and all the issues everyone is having staffing their business, it only took a few weeks so not a dealbreaker.

Jeannine is always very responsive and professional in arranging and coordinating with the cleaning person who comes to our house. Even though one time the cleaner could not make it to our home, Jeannine came to clean my house herself with one of her team member, and she made sure that I was happy with the quality.

I utilized Jeneanne's team for almost 7 years for a monthly cleaning of my home. I've got 3 kids so things get messy quick.. Haha. Autumn was with us for almost this entire time, she was very good. Kind. Trustworthy. Did a great job. Was always so respectable with me and my kids. She'd leave a nice note each time and did a great job! Jenenne, the owner, always made sure we had coverage somehow, no matter what. That was nice since life is so crazy, she worked around my schedule and made it work every time. Overall, a great group. People you trust to be in your home when you're gone. And did a great job each time. Highly recommend!
