I have used Excellence Cleaning Services for several years and found them to be the most reliable cleaning service I have used. They showed up regularly on time and were also flexible when it was necessary to reschedule cleaning on occasion. Over the years I had at least three different people come to clean, but they were all consistent and well-trained. They helped me manage my housework while my kids were young and very active, and I was unable to do it on my own. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I contacted Excellence Cleaning Services with a very last minute request for a move-in cleaning. They were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Very professional, and knowledgeable! I can't wait to have them start cleaning my house monthly!

They were great! The team worked with out schedule and were able to fit us in to be able to list our house as we wanted. They cleaned all the places that aren't normally on my list of normal cleaning places. Realtor was impressed and referred them to other clients.

Everything looked great when we got home - she was even able to get a lot of the soap scum off the shower door! They were very responsive and able to fit us in last minute. My only complaint is on the windows. I thought as part of a "deep clean", the windows would be cleaned as well, but we cleaned them 3 weeks later and found they were still dirty.

They never returned my phone call and now it is 9 days later.

Owner is great. Comes to house for initial consultation to discuss needs and preferences for work to be done. Very responsive to concerns or issues.

The ladies did a great job! 2 came out for 3 hours. They worked quickly and efficiently, but my house required more cleanin than the purchased time accommodated. I'm especially impressed with how clean they got my blinds and cabinets.

It went very well. The company contacted me quickly, they listened to my situation and worked hard to meet our needs within their scheduling. We had one little hiccup on the day,in regards to meeting at the home but they handled it quickly and professionally. Most importantly, they did a wonderful job. The house was deep cleaned. Base boards, lights, everything moved on kitchen counter. Microwave cleaned. Kitchen floor (which was a mess they gave the extra mile) Windowsills. The bathrooms were scrubbed. We highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Sara was really friendly and professional. I just listed my vacant condo for sale and she came in and did a thorough cleaning of everything. Looks great. Jeannine and Carl were so responsive and professional as well. Highly recommend!!

Really great. The person who did our move-in clean was wonderful. Another person who does our bi-weekly cleanings is very thorough and detail oriented. Price is fair given that this is an agency who provides the services.

Fantastic! Jeannine came to my house to do an assessment and price it for me. She is so friendly and personable it was like having a friend over. She was great with follow-up; letting me know who would be cleaning and working out a good time for both of us. She sent Jessica, who was an absolute dream! So fast, efficient and great at what she does. She is also very upbeat and loves dogs -- a big plus because I have two of them. The house was immaculate when she left and still feels so much cleaner because she dusted all of the baseboards, doors, window sills, ceiling fans and even the top of the refrigerator. Basically everything I don't like to do and so much more. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a housecleaner!

The workers are wonderful, prices very reasonable and did they did an excellent job!!

When I came home from work she was finishing up but our house was spotless! I was nervous about having someone I've never met come to my house but she did an amazing job. I discussed having her come back out in a monthly basis.

Things went well, they needed more time to complete everything.
