The owner/manager of the company is great and truly does care about her business....unfortunately she cannot control the productivity and quality of her workers. When I hire and pay someone to clean my house I expect a through job and expect my house to be cleaned well. The housekeepers are hit or miss. I have been with this company for approximately 3 years and finally gave up on them. Super unfortunate. The pictures that I posted are my laundry room, and 2 baths floors ....the same day they had apparently been cleaned. 😔

Amy was prompt, and had all the tools needed. She completed her job efficiently and thoroughly. This home was being refurbished at the same time and worked well with the inconvenience.

The deep clean was excellent, and the regular service has been solidly good.

We have used Excellence Cleaning twice for deep cleaning of our large house, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and wiping down floors, windowsills and shutters. The owners are wonderful to work with – responsive to requests, flexible scheduling, and clear communication. Ashley and Carly, our cleaners, have been the best - very skilled and also the nicest people. We will continue to use Excellence’s great services. An enthusiastic A rating!

Great! I don’t know why I waited so long to hire someone to help keep our house clean!

I am having surgery soon and have been unable to properly clean my house for a long time. Jeannine and her crew came to the rescue. Years of dirt and dust were cleaned from valances, blinds, baseboards and even the tracks of the sliding glass doors. My long-neglected tile shower now sparkles. It made me so happy to walk in to a clean home - I plan to use their services every other week to keep it up.

Fabulous from first contact to completed job. Karlie was the young professional who worked in our home and it was spotless when she left. She worked tirelessly and was so kind, especially to our sweet old dog.

I was very pleased with their service, show up on time, and gave my house an outstanding cleaning from top to bottom. I would definitely hire them again.

the owner assigns one person to clean the home, so I liked the consistency and knowing who was doing the work each week. however, the quality of the cleaning is inconsistent. the owner is very responsive and will coach the staff on issues that arise and will reassign your home to another staff member if you are not happy with the work. I want to come home and know my house has been cleaned the moment I walk in; I rarely had that with this company. there were always 3 or 4 things not done well. I hate having to re-clean after having paid someone to do it the first time.

We were very impressed with the overall thoroughness and professionalism of the owner. She contacted us when an unexpected schedule opened up before the holidays. She followed up with her employee who had trouble finishing the job due to my faulty vacumm and she took full responsibility to insure the job was done to our standards. We were delighted with the excellent customer service.

Trouble connecting by phone- suggest using texts or emails to correspond with busy families- otherwise staff was very professional and courteous. Would definitely hire again!

Went really well. Actually gave the cleaning services to someone as a birthday present. They loved it. Cleaners were professional and friendly. Results were great. Cost came in below estimate. Really liked working with the owners. Super friendly and helpful.

Purchased the coupon for a deep cleaning. Even though they were already booked they were able to squeeze me into their schedule in the time frame I needed. Nicole arrived right on time. Everything was cleaned beautifully. I couldn't be happier. Jeanine stopped by and gave me a quote for regular cleaning. I liked the quote and will probably be using them regularly.

The owner Jeannine takes pride in her company. She is always very responsive and professional. We had a small concern with how something was cleaned once and she came over herself to make it right. Now, that is customer service. Prices are also very fair. I would highly recommend Excellence Cleaning Service!

Karli was fabulous. She was hard working and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. She brought with her a checklist that we had agreed upon ahead of time. I was very pleased with the cleaning products she brought with her. I would definitely hire Excellence again and would use them more frequently in the future.

They showed up when they said they would. Worked around what was going to work in my schedule. Finished in a timely manner and made sure I was happy with what was completed. Everything was done very professionally. I would highly recommend their cleaning team.
