We've used Excellence Cleaning Services for over 9 years and have been very happy. The owner makes sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. She always follows up to be sure any new cleaner has worked out. But they try to keep the same person assigned for consistency, which is much preferred vs. other cleaning companies sending someone different frequently, or every time. Our house is always clean and we are frequently complimented on that by visitors.
