Excellence Cleaning has been absolutely incredible to work with! From scheduling, to communication, to the impeccable cleaning job - could not be more impressed! If dog fur, dust, and nose prints were currency, we'd be rich...alas, they're not, and we needed some major cleaning after being thrust into a full time work from home situation accompanied by our four dogs and cat for the past 6 months. We've had our house cleaned professionally a few times and have never been so blown away by how detailed a clean was! Cabinets, baseboards, tops of windows, doors, vents, etc. This was the deep clean we needed to help us love our house again and get us set up for easier regular maintenance. Instant stress reliever - so grateful! Excellence Cleaning definitely gives us something to look forward to every two weeks!

Jeannie was very responsive and easy to work with. She arranged to have Angel come clean my house and she did a great job. I thought this would be just a one-time clean but have decided to use their services each month. Definitely a good company to work with.

Shauna does a great job cleaning our house every two weeks and she is very friendly when I see her. Jeannine (owner) is great with communication and the prices are extremely reasonable. Jeannine responded to my request for a quote almost immediately. She came over and did a walk thru the house with me. She also came on the first cleaning and walked our cleaner, Shauna, through everything. I am comfortable and confident to have them in my house. I would highly recommend their services.

I have worked with Jeannine for 2+ years at my old house in Oakley and my new house in Indian Hill and she is amazing! Her folks do a WONDERFUL job- and I am VERY picky. They work with me to select a schedule that works for me and talk with me about the types of cleaning products I'd like to use (I have a dog and like natural products). Coming home to a clean house is such a treat!

Jeannine was very professional and thorough during initial consultation and follow up with our actual cleaning appointment. I am pleasantly surprised on how detailed Tonya was with cleaning our house (and our kids bathtub!). She did a phenomenal job. Cleaning our house the first time was a lot of work that it continued through our daughter’s afternoon nap time and Tonya was very mindful and considerate about working around our house without making any noise during that time. I’m grateful for the quality of work performed and care for our preferences.

Amazing! I have used Excellence Cleaning Services for 2+ years now. They are wonderful! The attention to detail is impeccable. I completely trust our cleaner and am so thankful for her! The management is also wonderful to work with. If I need to change my schedule they work with me to rearrange. I have NEVER experienced had a no show. I am so greatful for the time I get with my family instead of having to spend the time cleaning. Consistent, detail-oriented, and trustworthy!

Jeannine Franco, Excellence Cleaning Services, and her employees do a great job. We initially hired for 1x whole-house clean. When we decided to hire someone on a monthly basis, we went back to ECS. We had two cleaners over the past year, and both were very personable. There were a few hiccups regarding scheduling, but Jeannine stayed on top of it and made sure the service was right. The only shortcoming is the lack of a contract and I would have felt better with one in place.

Really like these folks. I just had my first cleaning with them and they did an excellent job! I moved into a new house a little over a month ago and virtually everything needed wiped down and cleaned from the move. The owner came by before I hired them and did a walk-through to give an accurate estimate of cost. They weren't the cheapest company I contacted but, they don't have their employees on a time schedule for the job. They have a single person assigned to you doing the work and they are paid to do the job, not just run a team through and get out in an hour like some companies. I highly recommend you give them a call and look at the differences in quality of service before hiring someone.

Great work. We have a really large house and she did a really good, thorough job. Missed a few things, but nothing major. Price was quoted lower than what I paid, but I was called and asked if I wanted her to finish after the 8 hours. My fault for not getting an exact dollar amount up front. Overall, impressive professionalism and service.

Jeannine Franco's company, Excellence Cleaning Company, did a terrific job for us over the years. Our house was always cleaned on schedule (or I was notified if there needed to be an adjustment.) The cleaning almost always occurred while I was at work and I was completely comfortable letting the cleaners have access to my house when I wasn't there. Her rates are somewhere between just some person down the block and what something like Molly Maid would charge, but with the best of both worlds - personalized, professional service. I highly recommend Excellence Cleaning Company!

My daughter was a bit nervous to have a stranger come in and clean her house. She made the appointment for a date that I was in from MA. So I experienced the cleaning with her. Our cleaner showed up exactly on time, was friendly but professional. She worked EVERY minute of the 5 hours that she was there, humming softly as she went. The clean house was exactly the new house feel, that I was looking for, for my daughter. She even had 15 minutes or so before the 5 hours were over and she insisted to finish by cleaning out her laundry room... She was marvelous and my daughter is hoping to use them/her again in the future, on a regular bi-weekly appointment

It has been 1 year since we first hired this wonderful organization and I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the work. Karli had been with us since day one and she is the hardest working, kindest person you will ever meet. She feels like part of the family! It is always a little worrisome to bring someone unfamiliar into your home especially when you have precious pets and you are not home during the day, but this has never been an issue. Jeannine (owner) placed Karli with us and she stays in touch with all parties to make sure everything continues to run smoothly, as she clearly cares deeply for her employees and her customers. If I could give them an A++ rating I would.

We have used Excellence Cleaning Services for regular cleaning, and most recently for a whole house deep clean. The quality of their work is exceptional and we will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Excellence Cleaning Services is very responsive. Jeannine (owner) worked with me to find someone from her team to clean my house. Amy, did a fine job cleaning and was always on time (within 10-15 minutes). I was always given plenty of notice if there was a change in time. We always looked forward to the day when our house was cleaned.....thank you for making my day easier and knowing I didn't have to worry about having Amy clean our house. Amy was trusting and did whatever cleaning needed to be done. I would hire again!

Tracy was wonderful! She was friendly and professional and thoroughly cleaned our entire home in the time estimated for the service. It was nice moving into a clean home! I would definitely hire her again.
