We've been very happy overall with the service. The coordination is great, but we've been through 3 different people in less than 6 months.

Jeannine comes to the client's home to give a rate quote and discuss any special requests. Then a cleaning person is assigned to clean the home. It will be the same cleaning person each time which really helps as they get to know your house and special requests. Jeannine follows up on training with the cleaning person and any special requests with the client. The house is cleaned and sanitized very well.

Amazing! I am particular about how well my house is kept. I expect "clean" and things put back where they came from. My husband and I work extremely hard and expect our service providers to share the same work ethics we have. We are Never Disappointed. We have worked together now for some time. Jeannine goes the extra mile/s for us. For instance, my husband through me a huge birthday party on a Saturday. Celebrations continued until very, very late Sunday evening. I had not had enough time to do basic cleanup like clear plates and run the dishwasher by the time Jeannine came early Monday morning. My house is normally very tidy. She didn't gasp or flinch. She didn't clean around anything. She cleared food from plates, washed patio doors, etc. She both humbled and amazed me. She did so with such a cheerful attitude. Her extra help was so appreciated!! I seldom am moved to endorse a product or a person. Well..... if you need an outstanding hand, consistent and flexible services, Jeanine Franco is truly qualified and highly recommended. Plus, she's just fun!

Jeannine was wonderful! I needed a baby room fast (our daughter was born the next week) and she drove out of her way to help me. In 3-4 hours, I had a completely cleaned out room (ready for baby), the office essentials moved into a new office area in our kitchen and the extras organized into a storage space in our basement. The price was SO affordable. My husband was very impressed as well. We would totally use her services again!

Called Jeanine in a bit of a bind. Had a big office party planned at my house the coming weekend and was behind. Decided to outsource the house cleaning so I could worry about other things. Jeanine came the following night and gave me an estimate. She was able to arrange to have someone in the next day to clean the house. Upon initial call, Jeanine, the owner was very responsive; coming out quickly to provide an estimate. Their estimate was on par with other experiences I have had. Both Jeanine and one of her staff have cleaned our house, and both have done a good job. When we have had minor things not to our satisfaction, one call or e-mail to Jeanine and it was quickly corrected. They have also been accomodating to scheduling requests on occasion.

I secured 2 company names for house cleaning from Angies List. While soliciting estimates from both, I foundJeannine to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She came out on very short timing to provided an estimate. She followed up on several occassions to give me information and see if I had made a decision. I really liked that Jeannine was proactive, but not pushy. Once we made a decision to go with her company, I found her to be very accomodating with my schedule... not only fitting me in on the day I preferred, but also coming at a time during the day that we could be out of her way. She is extremely personable and likable and I love the job she is doing cleaning my house. I would recommend her in a minute to a friend or family member that was looking for house cleaning services.

Jeannine arrived right on time and went right to work. She was very professional and efficient. She finished in right around 4 hours. An excellent experience and I felt I got more than my money's worth.

Jeannine does a good job and is VERY reliable and trust worthy. If we are on vacation or not home for an extended period of time between cleanings she is willing to touch up what needs to be worked on and do some of the "spring" cleaning items I just don't seem to be able to get to. She is has addressed any issues that have needed addressing and I would recommend her to anyone.

She is very punctual, meticulous and honest. I just really like her. She has two or three ladies that clean and they always leave everything perfect.
