I don’t know whether I would use them again as I haven’t been that well pleased. There was no setbacks and everything has gone smoothly.

.We were new to the area, and had just moved into a rented home which was not cleaned for our arrival. I obtained three quotes from companies found on Angie's List. Jeannine responded to my e-mail request, but could not come right away due to other obligations; as a result, she was actually the last company to provide a quote. She was on-time for the appointment and provided a very reasonable quote after touring the home. I decided to choose Jeannine because of her high rating on Angie's list and her reasonable pricing. We had weekly cleanings performed, at $105 per cleaning. After two or three cleanings, I noticed that the cleaning person was not vacuuming our basement as per the original quote. We called Jeannine, and she responded immediately; it apparently was a miscommunication error. At any rate, she was very apologetic about the error, and came to our house the very next day to vacuum the basement and correct the error. This shows how much Jeannine cares about providing good service and satisfying her customers. Since then, the cleanings have been thorough, and Jeannine's cleaning person was always on time and very reliable. The only reason we are leaving Jeannine is that her same cleaning person approached me and offered to clean our home for less than Jeannine's pricing; in this economy, we all want to save a little money so we decided to take the offer. If it had not been for this offer we would still be with Jeannine, and if the arrangement does not work out we will definitely be back to Jeannine for cleaning help. I highly recommend Excellence In House Cleaning.

They were able to go there on short notice and get the house cleaned.

Kim was the lady who did the cleaning. Very nice and she did a great job.

When I contacted Jeannine, the owner, she was very accomodating to get me scheduled quickly for our impending move. The day I was scheduled to meet her at our new house to go over what was to be done and to give us an estimate she was actually waiting for ME in the driveway, not the other way around! The woman who did the cleaning, Colleen, was extremely thorough and paid extra attention to our kitchen area as she found evidence of a mouse nest in the pantry. (The house had been vacant for awhile.) She was also able to get some black stains out of the carpeting on the stairs to the basement. Everything smelled fresh and clean and I had no qualms about filling up the kitchen cupboards and the refrigerator which had been left quite nasty by the previous owner. The move-out clean of our previous house also went very smoothly. There was a ton of cat hair to contend with, and the house looked great, which is very important as we have yet to sell it! Please don't let the cost deter you, this was the total price for TWO houses to be cleaned top to bottom, and it was very reasonable. I spent $200 with another service when we listed the previous house to make it show worthy, and the quality was not as good, nor was the amount of work involved as extensive. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellence in House Cleaning is a joy to work with. They are extremely courteous, efficient and do an excellent job. We had several cleaning services before we found this company. The associate (Laura) that does the work for us recently went above and beyond the call to help my disabled wife. My job requires that I travel extensively and the battery in my wife's car died. Laura helped my wife with contact AAA to come start the car and followed my wife to garage to drop off the car for service. My hats off to Laura.

I found "Excellence in House Cleaning" on Angie's List, and due to the "A" rating, called Jeannine. She responded promptly, came to my house for an estimate within 48 hours, and assigned Destiny to clean my house. I couldn't be more happy with what professionalism both Jeannine & Destiny have given... constant follow-up to be sure that I am happy with what is being done, and that it is done each week in a matter I had expected. Destiny has been extremely conscientious to be sure that she is doing everything I would want her to do, and has never been offended if I ask for something different week-to-week. I've had 3 different people clean my house over the past 13 years, and this has been one of my best experiences. Another plus is that if I had to cancel a week because of family visiting, etc., Jeannine was very understanding.... and the same can be said for her - if any of Jeannine's crew can't clean for any reason, she will be sure to send someone else so you don't have to miss a cleaning day. Well run organization with great people... you won't be disappointed, and if you are for any reason, Jeannine will make it right! I felt the price was right for all that was done each week.

We used Jeannine Franco but apparently her company has grown and she turned it over to another of her employees to clean. Her name is Karen. We've had Jeannine for a couple of years. The pricing is right on for the way I like to clean. I love Jeannine. I love her attention to detail. She polishes my house. She takes it to the next level. She is awesome.

The woman that owns the company is very professional. I have only been using them for three months, and everything has gone well so far.

Nice people, poor cleaning job. Too expensive!!

It was once a week, but it’s once in two weeks now. It’s $115 for one time. I would definitely recommend them. I haven’t tried any other housecleaning companies. I went by the ratings they had got and the references from the other people on the website. I found them to be pretty true to what the other people had said. Jeannine was on time. She did a walk through and she quoted me an amount. Then the cleaning lady came and did a fabulous job. So, I just chose to stay with them. I would use their services in the future too.

We are just WAY too picky. Most of the time there was something not quite right and each time it was something different. A few points: 1. The owner was EXCELLENT to work with and always willing to come and make things right; 2. The things not to our satisfaction were probably pretty minor and, as stated, always something different. Still, some of these had been pointed out as pet peeves so we couldn't keep letting them slide. The value is good, ownership trust worthy and punctual (including in some pretty challenging weather.) We are sorry it didn't work out and take a lot of responsibility for our excessive expectations. BTW we've had 3 or 4 services over the years and none of the others have met our expectations either!

Very impressed with this company and personnel. They take care of cleaning things that others have always missed. Top of the refrigerator (even cleaned it out upon request), found dog hair that had been missed before, etc. Always open to special projects that don't necessarily fall under general housecleaning, which is a big help for me. They take their job seriously and clean as if it were their own home. I have had several companies clean my home and Excellence in House Cleaning is by far the best. Will continue using them in the future.

Very efficient and personable. Didn't waste time getting the job done, but was very courteous and patient during the process. Was such a relief to get it things back in order and Jeannine made it go smoothly and with no stress. Would recommend highly and will use in the future. Great company, great people.

They clean the entire house, which includes vacuuming, mopping and dusting. They clean the floors. The windows are not included in this, but they clean pretty much everything else. They do window cleaning too, but I don?t have them do it. They do a great job. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Jeanine is super. Very friendly and understanding on the phone. We quickly chose two days for her to come in. The first day, we walked through the office and talked about the needs/desires. She asked many good questions, then she went to work. I didn't really want to have to wade through everything myself (or it would have been done already!) and that was no problem. She sorted into piles and reviewed with me before throwing anything out. She repurposed containers and put tools together in logical places. She showed us what she had done to organize drawers etc. She packed up the garbage and left that for us to take out, but she also packed up a ton of recycling and took that to the recycling center for us. What a joy to see the spaces organized again -- and a relief.

Excellence In House Cleaning came out within a day of my first call and did a walk through with me. Together we went over what I needed and how they could best help me. I was listing my home for sale and everything needed a thorough cleaning to include my blinds, ceiling fans and baseboards. I would recommend this company to any of my neighbors or friends. They're amazing.

Jeannine is an extremely professional, diligent, trustworthy person who provides excellent organizing services. She charges by the job and is happy to do small or large jobs. She has done organizing work for us for the last 8 years. We truly value her!
