I could not ask for a better house keeping service. Jeanine is a doll and her girls are a god send! I have recommended them to friends and they feel the same way! *** I have omit my address from this review for privacy. I will state that I am in Liberty township.

Cleaning was excellent. Very professional and honest worker. Left a paper describing what was done. I like how one girl is assigned on a regular basis.

The person who works for "Excellence in House Cleaning" in my area did as good of a job of house cleaning as anyone could expect. I live alone, do not have pets, and maintain a relatively clean home on a regular basis. Yet there is always a noticeable difference to employ the professional assistance of someone who genuinely knows what she (or he) is doing. That was definitely true in this instance, which was my first experience with this company, so I intend to keep them coming on a regular basis. The owner is an outstanding person to work with from a consumer's perspective and her "cleaner" (for my house) provided quality work as I had hoped. I highly recommend them without any reservations, for similar work if you need it.

I called Jeannine, along with a few other companies/individuals, to obtain estimates for cleaning my home on a biweekly basis. She was not among the quickest to return my call and come for an estimate, but I really enjoyed meeting her and appreciated her cleaning and training approaches. She quickly pointed out a few water marks in our shower that would need some work and explained the green and non-toxic aspects of her cleaning products -- which I again appreciate since I have two young children. Her rate was very competitive and one of her workers in the area had availability in her schedule to start at my home quickly... so I decided to give her a try. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, both Jeannine and Stephanie (the woman assigned to clean my home) showed up and Jeannine gave her the tour I had given her so that they were both on the same page. Stephanie was very nice and did a great job cleaning my home. Jeannine called me a few days later for feedback and I relayed a few very minor concerns (namely the same water stains on our shower door), which she said she'd have Stephanie pay closer attention to next time. Jeannine is open to adjusting schedules as needed (which I do in the coming weeks) and seems dedicated to running a very customer-oriented business. It was wonderful to not have to stress about cleaning my house over the weekend and I look forward to having Stephanie come back!

Jeannine was punctual, professional, respectful of our home and extremely friendly! From start to finish it was a pleasure meeting with her for the estimate. At this time we have not had services provided but based on first interaction it is no wonder why this company is the leader on Angie's List for house cleaning providers. We look forward to utilizing her company in the near future! I would recommend every one to look into this company when shopping for cleaning services! I will follow up once services are performed.

Her rate is very good, and she is just terrific. She is very efficient. I am so impressed with the owner that I continue with this service without question.

They did a wonderful job and she was real responsive to my needs. She customizes it and I really liked that. The price was good; it was real reasonable. She was wonderful. She did really good work. She cleaned the inside of the microwave and the baseboards. She dusted the blinds. I'm only going to have her do half the basement when she comes over and that will save me a little bit of money. I really liked her a lot so she is now on a monthly basis.

I don’t have any complaints. They are very good and very responsive. I really like the way the owner manages the company; I like what she does. She makes it easy for me as a consumer. I also like the way she manages the money she makes the billing really easy. She really does follow up with the people who are in your house.

I use them once a month but I hired them for an additional time. They are extremely thorough. The owner came over so they were really clear on what I wanted to have done. She did a great job of following up to make sure that I was satisfied. I've had the person in for several months. They are thorough and friendly. They are someone that I would recommend to anyone else that wanted this service. I am comfortable enough not to be here when they are here.

On time and a great clean house

Initially, we had some issues with quality of cleaning, but the owner was VERY responsive to our concerns and flexible with meeting our needs. In fact, the upfront and communication of the owner is what made me stay with this company and try another person rather than quit altogether. This is a great value for the services we receive.

We had an initial deep clean followed by a regular cleaning. I was extremely happy with the job done both times. I would recommend this company and I have signed up to have regular house cleanings from Excellence in House Cleaning.

I called the service in a panic and the owner came to my house the next day to give me an estimate. She was able to find a housekeeper to start the following day (during busy holiday time) and we'll continue with that housekeeper on a weekly basis.

She did a great job! I would recommend her to anyone. She is very friendly and funny and great at what she does.

When I had first used them I had a very good housekeeper. The young lady I had been using recently left the company. I was then sent another lady who did not meet my expectations. I was very upset with the service and left a negative review. Jeanne the owner saw my compliant and called me three times and left messages and even offered to clean my house herself. I have accepted her apology and appreciate her offer in resolving the problem however I am going to try and do my own housekeeping. I do not want her reputation ruined with Angie's List and I want her to be in good standing on the list.

I found Excellence in Cleaning through Angie's List. I talked with two other cleaning services that were also highly rated on Angie's List and chose Excellence in Cleaning because of the quality and cost of the service and the process by which the cleaners are hired and trained.

Very pleased the service, the price was right, and they were flexible versus some of the very structured services.

Did a great job for us. Anytime we had a problem or issue, we contacted them and it was resolved the next time. Liked that a checklist was left after each cleaning to let us know everything that was taken care of during the visit.

I spend $105 each time on their services. They do a pretty good job. The owner is very easy to work with and she takes my concerns. She makes sure that things are done right. They do a good job making sure that my house looks nice each time. I will continue to use them in the future. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Every two weeks I get my house cleaned and for that I turned to EXCELLENCE IN HOUSE CLEANING . I have been using Excellence for awhile now and am very happy with the service they provide. One reason why I like them is they have great communication with me and the work they do is excellent. I have used Excellence for 7 months now and will continue to moving forward.
