Jeannine and her team (kuddos to Lisa) were professional, on time, and detailed in their cleaning of our house. I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for cleaning in the cincy area. We had a great experience with Lisa who did a wonderful job making sure our house was clean top to bottom.

The deep cleaning for the first visit was by far the best as it was the most needed. We did every other week cleanings after that and were happy with the service. It was great to come home to a clean home every other Monday afternoon and made spot cleaning much easier.

The owner, Jeannine Franco, is a top-notch professional. She responded to my initial phone call in just a few days and then set up a meeting at my house for the following day. This was the fourth cleaning service we would try. Our experience with other services had been that the first few cleanings were great, but then we'd start noticing things being ignored or sloppy efforts, which, naturally, is galling when you are paying money for a service. Our house is pretty neat because I keep up on much of the cleaning myself, but because I work full time, I can't always get to things like dusting the blinds and baseboards, cleaning the showers, or cleaning out the toaster; however, these are all important to me and the reason I hire a service. Jeannine listened carefully to all my requirements as we walked from room to room and assured me that everything I wanted done would be completed every clean. That is a real difference from many of the other services that do a rotation system. If you go with this business, your floors will be mopped every clean, showers every time, and, yes, blinds and baseboards each clean. Excellence Cleaning Services is also a bargain. In the past I have paid much more, so this is a super affordable option. This business is also consistent. With other services we were constantly being called, sometimes at the last minute, to switch the cleaning day. Sometimes that's no big deal, but if I am planning a get-together and counting on the house being cleaned, then, no, I don't want to put it off. Overall, Excellence Cleaning Services provides a consistently clean home, and I recommend it.

. Purchased Angie's List deal for deep cleaning. Had several conversations with owner to set expectations and a date Lisa arrived on time and worked the entire 6 hours except for a brief lunch break. She brought the cleaning supplies, but used my vacuums. I am not going to give you all the details, but my home looks brighter, smells better, and I am happy. That's what I was looking for. I needed some help with my home and I am not getting it. I have contracted them to clean my home every two weeks for less than $100. It works for me.

There was alot of area to cover and she was professional, courteous, and willng to work hard to get it all done in a timely manner. She was conscientious, made sure she had the right cleaning supplies, and did a good job. I would hire them again.

Service and communication was easy and great! The owner was very professional and responsive to our requests and needs. Schedule adjustments we accommodated. Of course, our house and the wood floors (whole first floor) looked great after Laura cleaned! We would certainly use them in the future.

The week before my first cleaning I met with Jeannine, the owner. We talked about what I wanted done and she gave me a quote. The first cleaning costs $50 more because they need to catch it up, then maintenance is easier, so my actual cost was $160. Her quote was very clear and she answered all my questions. I've arranged for service every two weeks and am looking forward to it! Jeannine called me after the first cleaning and I mentioned a few things that will need to be tweaked next time, and she was very responsive.

We started the service about August or September. In the beginning there were a few bumps in the road, but the owner is very responsive and determined to make things right. Of course, I believe that no one will do the job the same as we would do ourselves. But that said, we now have regular cleanings scheduled and are quite happy with our assigned worker and the results. Thanks and kudos to Jeannine (owner).

With 2 kids now in college their bedrooms & bathroom do not need cleaning on a regular basis - just every 2 weeks for regular dusting & freshening-up. On the weeks they do not clean those rooms, my service provider does an in-depth cleaning of one floor of the house (baseboards, vacuuming window treatments, etc.). They do an excellent job, even cleaning areas I had not requested (or even noticed) while leaving a note as to what was done that day and what would be done on the next visit. They exceeded expectations.

They allowed me to specifically select the areas of the house I wanted done and then price it based on that. They always do a great job and are very accomodating. I would highly recommend them.

One housecleaner comes out and it takes her about 4 hours. She brings her own cleaning supplies. I wished I could give them an A+.

I have been very impressed with the cleaning service provided. There was always a little extra something done like unloading the dishwasher or super cleaning the top of my washing machine. The service was always done with professionalism and Jeannine worked around our schedule to meet our needs. It is so nice to come home to a house that feels brand new, with nicely made beds and a super clean kitchen! I highly recommend Jeannine and her crew for your housekeeping needs!

She arrived ready to work at the time we expected her. She walked around the house with me and I pointed out what I wanted her to do. She was amazingly efficient and a very hard worker. She vacuumed the floors, dusted the furniture and even cleaned three bathrooms spotless. We are very satisfied and intend to have her clean our house for a long time to come.

Jeanine's staff does an amazing job with a smile and a fantastic attitude. We have been very pleased with the level of cleaning and professional service. We have had cheaper service in the past, but never this level of attention to detail. There are items being cleaned like lighting fixtures and upper cabinets that have not seen a dust rag in quite awhile. We couldn't be happier to highly recommend them.

It did not go as well as I had hoped. I asked to have the house cleaned prior to moving in. I specifically asked for the appliances to be cleaned inside and out, the bathrooms cleaned (4 of them) specifically the shower/tubs and floors, the kitchen cabinets wiped out and all the baseboards wiped down. The carpets had been cleaned 2 days before so no vacuuming would be necessary. I was very disappointed as the appliances were wiped out with a dirty rag apparently. I spent an hour the day I moved in cleaning the refrigerator. There was mold under the glass shelf that most definitely should have been cleaned by the professionals. The bathroom on the first floor and in the basement was not cleaned and the shower in the master bath was wiped down with a dirty rag as well. I will admit that the house was very dirty as the previous owners did not clean prior to moving. But I had hoped that the things I specifically asked for would have been done. I do appreciate the cleaning that was done and I paid the bill in full, but I will not use this company again and I will not recommend them to my friends.

Scheduling was super easy and the quality of the cleaning was excellent. I was happy with the price.

The lady who came out was very personable, and nice. We liked her. She was very honest, and we talked about what I needed done, and she gave her honest opinion about what needed to be done or not. I appreciated her opinions on it. I think the price is pretty competitive. She hasn't called me back to tell me when I am scheduled.

Jeannie was unexpectedly running late for our scheduled time, but provided a prompt call to notify me, so all was well. She was very friendly and claned my house as we had previously discussed. We had to leave before she was finished cleaning, so Jeannie let herself out through our garage. I was a litle hesitant to do so because who leaves a relatively unknown person in their home, but I felt as though I could trust her, and of course all was fine when I returned home. The house was cleaned just in time for my company. She did a great job!

After receiving a call back from Jeannine Franco, the owner, she was unable to find a time or staff to service my area of town (Anderson Township). Jeannine was by far the most professional and knowledgable cleaning service company that i have spoken to on the phone. Answered all of my questions very clearly. It is evident that Jeannine has put together a very well planned cleaning service company and was very disappointed that we would not be able to use her services. She did let me know that she would call me if and when she could service my area. It did take Jeannine over two business days to call me back, however given the experience i had with this company over the phone, i can easily overlook this inconvenience.

Jeannine has done a wonderful job of managing my mother's cleaning services. My mom is very picky & hard to please, and she has expectations that she doesn't always communicate. Jeannine met with her & discussed pricing for a variety of options, as my mom doesn't use all of the rooms in her house & doesn't need them all cleaned every time. There was a miscommunication of expectations the first time my mom's house was cleaned & she was not happy with the outcome. When Jeannine learned of it, she quickly set about offering ways to make things right. She went above & beyond in remedying the situation, which was mostly due to my mom's lack of communication. She did a great job, checking in with my mom as the cleaning progressed. As I mentioned, my mom is not an easy client, & Jeannine is doing really well balancing needs & expectations!

They do a really good job. They pay attention and care about the customer satisfaction.
