I would highly recommend EXCELLENCE CLEANING SERVICES, LLC to anyone in need of a cleaning service. My initial call was answered the same day and within the week, Jeannine Franco, the owner with her husband Carl, came to my home. She did a thorough walk-through and gave me a fair price. Jeannine worked quickly, rearranging schedules to find someone who would be my regular cleaner and available at the time and day I requested. The first week Jessica Came to clean, Jeannine came with her to do a walk-through And show her what I wanted done. Now, Jessica comes every week, same day and time and is always punctual. My house looks so much better than just hours before, and we have 2 dogs and a cat. She really gets into the corners and I always feel that she has gone above and beyond what other cleaning services have done in the past. At the end of each visit, I receive a completed checklist of the work she?s done that day. EXCELLENCE CLEANING SERVICES, LLC is a superior cleaning service and I give it a whole-hearted endorsement.

We've been using their cleaning services for over a year now and are very happy. Jeannine is the owner and is always prompt in follow-up if we have any questions or need anything extra. She trains her workers well; they are professional, arrive on time, do an excellent job, and are happy to alter how or what they clean to fit our needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment scheduled close to Christmas, but had to reschedule at the last minute. Carl understood the circumstances and knew I needed to have the house cleaned before we had company over at Christmas. Carl made sure he had his team over before Christmas to clean. The two ladies did a phenomenal job!!! I will use this service again!

cleaning went well. they were willing to flex with the offer which was for 2400 sq ft. They applied it toward my high traffic areas only and provided the option to purchase more time at a reasonable rate. They shared the products used for the floors and shower which both looked great.

They sent one person. She was nice, hard working and did a very thorough job. She even moved the couch all the way out and cleaned under it!

Jeannine did a great job! She cleaned all bathrooms and the kitchen. She vacuumed the entire house. She dusted all bedrooms and living areas. All doors and baseboards were cleaned. She cleaned pesky glass doors and air vents. Everything looks and smells great! I have never had my house cleaned before. This was a real treat. She got to all of the things I know need to be done but never seem to have time or desire to take care of. She was pleasant and friendly! Carl called to schedule the appointment. He kept reaching out to me by email and phone to get the job completed. I appreciated his diligence in getting a quick appointment. Great experience. Would love to have them back!

Dee was wonderful! She was totally professional, making sure to ask what I wanted to her to accomplish, then going about her tasks quietly but thoroughly. It was marvelous having the whole house clean at the same time --- usually takes my husband and me at least two days to do what she did. She made sure to reach the high and low areas that are difficult for me to get to!! This was the first time we've ever had someone else clean our house and I was a bit nervous about whether they would clean as completely as we usually do on our own. Dee certainly met my very high standards ... we would use this provider again in an instant.

The work was thorough and very well done - also done very quickly and efficiently. We so appreciate it and will definitely call them again when we have a need.

I was getting ready to put my condo on the market. New paint and new carpeting had been completed. The condo needed a thorough cleaning. Allison arrived on time, with her supplies and we discussed what needed to be done. She worked diligently and did a terrific job. She is pleasant and a very hard worker and eager to do a good job.

Deep cleaned ceilings, walls, baseboards, floors, closets and china cabinets. Dusted, washed, and returned all china cabinet contents into their original locations (without any breakage). They vacuumed everything (drapes, plantation blinds & all other surfaces), wiped all surfaces, and scrubbed louvered closet & kitchen cabinet doors and floors.
