Did a good job and overall we were pleased with the results. She spent 4 hours to clean 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. My wife use to clean houses and gave her a "Good" rating and she is very picky.

I think that was very good. The best part was that she was very friendly and thorough. The worst part was there were some rooms which he couldn't get to. I'm not sure she stayed the amount of time we were supposed to have that. It was probably partial but maybe she could have gone back and been a little bit more thorough. We were very satisfied. They came out pretty quickly.

They were pretty quick after we did purchase it. They didn't clean very well. They were late getting there. I would not recommend them.

Great work, profession and polite. I am so impressed and will use the service again.

They did charge us extra but we knew about it because we asked them to do extra beyond what the deal was for. It was part of the arrangement.

We were very pleased with this service. The lady who came was very professional and such a hard worker. Not much else to say other than we had no complaints!

The service was excellent. Lisa provided the service and was there on time and cleaned what was a filthy house from top to bottom. Although there were a couple spots missed in minor things, dusting for example, the time spent on the house was beyond what was expected and the complete clean was incredible.

Unbelievable, Allison made our home look perfect. We will definitely use her again.

Great job, my house was very clean and fresh

I was very happy with Excellence. I purchased a voucher online for their services for four hours. It took a little bit longer to clean my home due to the amount of dust from a home project that had been completed over the winter. However, it was worth every penny. My home was cleaned completely and I was very happy with the results.

Owner was prompt and scheduled one employee to clean on a Sunday for a 6 hour cleaning deal on Angie's List. He thought it might take up to 8 hours with only one person so I should expect a little added on, which was fine with me. I got into town Wed after the cleaning and the owner called me Thursday to follow up on my satisfaction. I told him it looked fine, but wish I had looked around more before I told him that. I know if I would have called him back once I started finding things not cleaned, he would likely had sent someone back to clean, but at that point, I just cleaned it up myself. So, I will rate them fairly because I didn't give them a chance to fix it. I attached a couple of photos of things I thought should have been cleaned and weren't (air return, top of built in's, ceiling fans, oven, stovetop) also inside of some kitchen and bath cabinets/drawers. So, you can make your own decision. The other issue was I was still in another state, so my husband had to let the cleaner into the home and left her to clean as he headed back to help me with the movers. Husband called me and said cleaner still wasn't there and she was 30 minutes late. When the owner called me on Thursday that week to follow up after we got into town, I told him that, he said she told him she was only 10 min late and also that she stayed over another hour or so. Since we weren't there, I have no idea if that was true or not. But I decided to just let it go. He is invoicing me for the balance of her staying longer. If I did this again, I would want more than one employee cleaning to ensure they checked behind each other not to miss things and would have enough energy to get the job done timely. However, the owner was very responsive and courteous. I would consider using them again as long as I was home and I would ask them to come back if something was missed, so that's on me.

Thank you for sending her to our house for cleaning. We were nicely surprised how clean it was yesterday when we got home. She did all what I asked and more with perfect description note. Everything that she did in 6 hrs was amazing. I highly appreciate her service. Five stars!

Did an excellent job in all areas, carpets-hardwoods-tile. Very pleased with all aspects of cleaning-gave me a sheet that detailed all the cleaning that was done-very impressed. Will have them back again.

The provider did an excellent service. The provider came in with a list and completed the list. The provider worked constantly without ceasing. The provider came in the house and asked "where would you like me start first". She walked through to take note of what she would be cleaning. She has a very pleasant attitude. I was very please with the job.

There were a few minor areas they missed, cleaning splatter marks on walls and wiping glass shower doors down, but the appliance cleaning was extremely well done. We will be back.

Shows up at same time every two weeks like clockwork. No drama. Get's right to work. Keeps to herself in her own world with her headphones on. Cheerfully does any extra tasks when requested. Knows how to clean.
