Description of Work: They added a water line to outside for outside watering. That time was $500.00. |I had them another time to replace fixtures in bathroom, I bought the hardware. It was $500.00. I think they did good work but thought it odd both services were same price. I may use them again but not sure? Depends on if I got $500.00 to spare at time needed.

Description of Work: water softener issue. They installed the original water softener years ago and I called them for service because it was no longer working. They work slow, but they do a good job and clean up after themselves. They had to come back out 2 more times to get the settings just right. It seems to be working fine now.

+ 0 moreThey were prompt and responsive, only because they guy laying my tile was friends with the plumbing service. So response time is unknown had I been a regular joe needing service. 1 hour and 36 minutes of labor. Before the work began there were numbers and ranges quoted without a definate set price. I went on faith that the price would be fair if not a little over priced, didnot insist on a solid quote or contract. The parts were $100 (flange, PVC, plywood, that's it), the labor was $400. Unbelievable. Unnecessarily expensive labor, shop elsewhere, I have had several other plumbers, carpenters, and heating and air conditioner personnel through my house and this is the first time I have ever felt like I was being taken. After talking to the owner things didn't get better. The quality of work to be expected, but shop elsewhere, unnecessarily expensive.
Description of Work: Replace a toilet pipe from the bathroom floor to the main stack, which was a yard in distance. Removed a 2 foot cross section of floor around the toilet hole,pulled old pipe and replaced with PVC, reset flooring.

+ -1 moreDanny Duff did a good job finding the leak. He pointed out areas where water could leak around the tub. So I caulked and fixed the leak myself. Danny is a great guy and does quality work. He installed the plumbing in our house when it was built 25 years ago.

+ -1 moreHad a clogged bath tub drain the guy showed up and had it cleared in 10 minutes or less.I was a litttle upset at the cost of it at first but I share the blame of that for not asking questions at the point I called in for the service.
Description of Work: Have used these guys several times for plumbing issues but 146.00 for 10 minutes worth of work took a huge hunk from my measly monthly budget,but I will say that they are very good all the times that we have used them but I am going to ask more questions in the future.
