Description of Work: My kitchen was completely remodeled.

Description of Work: Crist Construction LLC remodeled my kitchen, family room, and dining room. Demolition of kitchen was completed by me and family. They hauled away the old cabinets, carpeting, and such. They removed over 800 sq ft of 6 x 6 ceramic tile and prepped and installed the laminate flooring I had chosen (this constitutes a little less than half my house!) They removed drywall that had an old backsplash glued to it. They ran new wiring for outlets for the new kitchen layout, they moved the stove gas line to move the stove from a wall to the island, then cut an archway opening to my dining room that made it accessible from the kitchen, they installed a rangehood over the new island. All was returned to order - all drywall, tape and mudding, was done very nicely. I painted the rooms myself. At the same time a small vestibule was added by bumping out into the garage 4ft x 7ft. This was all framed, insulated, drywalled, door hung and interior archway widened neatly. They wired the vestibule for overhead lighting and recepticles. A year later I had them come back and install new patio doors in my dining room and family room. I had to replace the doors as they were starting to rust. They removed the trim outside and in and had to reframe a little as the new doors were somewhat smaller than the old. It was done nicely, neatly and very much to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Moderate level bathroom remodel. Removed existing fixtures, drywall and tile surfacing materials, removed shower pan and framed new wall at end of new tub, framed new wall to enlarged space, framed and installed new window to outside, reworked associated plumbing and electric, installed greenboard and faux marble tub surround, cement board for new tile floor and drywall ready for paint. Customer supplied fixtures including tub, pedestal sink, plumbing fixtures, window, medicine cab, tub surround, etc. and finished the space installing paint and ceramic tile floor. Contractor supplied labor and construction materials including drywall, lumber, etc.
