+ -1 moreVery well. Steve called quickly and gave sound advice on getting my home appraised for free. He offers fee-based appraisals but said I did not need his services unless there is a wide discrepancy in the free appraisals I am provided. He is friendly on the phone and impressed me as being honest and competent.
