+ -1 moreABOUT $50 LESS EXPENSIVE THEN COMPETITION, BUT NOT AT ALL WORTH THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH THEM. THEY INSTALLED THE DRYER VENT IN THE WRONG LOCATION AND WERE TERRIBLE AT RETURNING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. DID RETURN CALLS AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DID, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN SCHEDULED TO DO SO. FINALLY DID COME TO FIX PROBLEM, BUT DID NOT BRING RIGHT MATERIALS TO DO IT CORRECTLY AND WILL HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN. IN SHORT, THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY'VE BEEN PAID. IF YOU DO USE THEM, MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS 100% DONE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED 10 8-BLOCK WINDOWS. SOME WITH VENTS AND ONE WITH DRYER VENT.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD THEM INSTALLED THE NEXT WEEK AND THE INSTALLER DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB IN LESS TIME THAN HAD BEEN ANTICIPATED. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AND PRICE. THE ONLY REMAINING ISSUE IS THAT I WAS TO RECEIVE A COPY OF MY WARRANTY IN THE MAIL IN ABOUT A WEEK. HOWEVER, SINCE THE HOLIDAYS BEGAN IMMEDIATELY AFTER HE WAS HERE, I'M SURE THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE DELAY. I DO NOT ANTICIPATE A PROBLEM IN THIS AREA.

+ -1 moreWHEN I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE, THEY SENT SOMEOUT THE FOLLOWING DAY. WHEN I FINALLY MADE A DECISION TO GO WITH BUCKEYE, THEY HAD AN INSTALLER AT MY HOUSE WITHIN A WEEK. THE PROCESS TAKES ABOUT ONE HOUR PER WINDOW, AND THAT INCLUDES REMOVING THE OLD METAL FRAMES.
