Water heater leaking and called and left message on Saturday. I called back early Monday morning. They came out monday late afternoon and repalced it.

Inspection showed that the pvc joint had not been fastened and glued properly. I obtained parts and repaired the fault myself.

Overall, it went well. On the positive side, they did everything specified in the contract, and met the deadline. They were also competitively priced. On the downside, when they installed the laundry sink, they glued everything from the stack all the way to the sink, effectively making the sink a permanent fixture. They seemed to have an issue with installing a removable trap for fear it would leak, even though the sink was in an unfinished section of the basement and was 1.5 feet from a floor drain. Never did understand the logic. The main complaint, instead of calling me to find out what I wanted done before they did the work, they just moved ahead. Customer service was lacking from that perspective. Nevertheless, they were responsive to my request to correct the problem.

It went very smooth. They showed up when they said they would and did everything the told me including fixing the lawn back to a very acceptable level afterwords. They did very good work and at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEM THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND THEY DIDN'T TEAR UP MY LAWN AT ALL.

THEY WERE A VERY PROMPT SERVICE AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY FAIR ABOUT THEIR PRICE AND ABOUT HOW THEY DO THE WORK. THEY ARE VERY SMART AND SEEM AS IF THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL YOUNG MEN. A FRIEND OF MINE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME AND I'VE USED THEM SINCE.
