snow removal
 + -1 moreThey only came twice. A couple times when we had substantial snow, they did not plow. When I called, he said when he came thorough my neighborhood, there wasn't enough snow. When I got up that morning, there was 7" on my driveway. I decided not to pay him for the second half of the season and, in fact, he agreed to refund me a prorate ($60) for the times he did not come out and I never received the money from him.
Description of Work: Paid them for snow removal for the half of the season.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH SCOTT'S PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTEOUS MANNER. HIS CONTRACT WAS THOROUGH AND FAIR. I WENT WITH HIM BECAUSE I FELT HE WOULD DO A GOOD JOB AND WAS A GOOD GUY!

 + -1 moreEXTREMELY RUDE (WIFE ANSWERED THE PHONE).
Description of Work: WERE TO PLOW FOR THE SEASON. FIRST TIME HALF CLEANED THE DRIVEWAY AND THE SECOND TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE DONE @ 9:15 WITH ANOTHER BLOCK, BUT THEY FAILED TO SHOW ON TIME. THIRD TIME, THEY DID PLOW OR EVEN COME OUT WHEN THEIR WAS 8" INCHES. PRICE IS FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON. ONLY HALF PAID UP-FRONT.

lawn treatment
 + -1 moreTHE CONTRACT STATED "ALL WORK WAS GUARANTEED". THEY PROMISED TO COME BACK TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF THE LAWN AND OVERSEED AS NECESSARY, AND DID NOT DO SO ONCE ON THEIR OWN. ONLY AFTER I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES DID THEY RETURN, AND AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED ADDITIONAL FERTILIZATION AT ADDITIONAL COST. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE TO CHECK ON THE LAWN AS PROMISED, NOR HAVE THEY IN ANY WAY HONORED THEIR "GUARANTEE". ALTHOUGH THE PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE AT THE TIME, IT OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT WORTH IT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: WE HIRED THEM TO DO A COMPLETE LAWN RENOVATION WHICH INCLUDED AERATION, THATCHING, MOSS TREATMENT, FERTILIZING AND SEEDING.
