Hershberger Roofing & Siding LLC

We used Hershberger in 2020 to replace our roof. We had no prior issues with our roof on our home built in 1952. We used Hershberger based on recommendations. Friday, May 15th 2020 we discovered our roof was leaking through a nail hole on a rainy day. I have videos and pictures of this issue. Hershberger fixed the issues and that’s when it all got worse. While addressing the nail hole they also capped our ridge vent. Capping the ridge vent has caused years, 2.5 of condensation. We looked into the attic and saw white mold as well as condensation on our beams, boards and insulation. Hershberger is extremely difficult to get ahold of. We went a few days without hearing then called a local company to come and assess. Having two babies in our home the mold scared us. Upon the assessment we were told the issues was created by capping the ridge vent and an overall botched roofing job. Hershberger finally got back to us after several more slightly assertive phone calls highlighting the concerns and urgency of the matter. The person they sent to assess the damage took no fault and tried blaming the issue on something unrelated. The end result was him walking away aggressively without any conclusion. We got our roof replaced to be proactive in anticipation for our growing family. We now have two children and a very damaged home. We need help getting to a fair resolution.

Aiden and his crew were wonderful and did a great job. They came on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. Plantings around the house were protected while they worked. I have received many compliments about how great our roof looks!

The initial start date was pushed back two days , but that did not cause any problems. When the work began the team from Hershberger worked quickly and efficiently. The job was completed in the expected amount of time and looks great.

The siding on our house was in bad condition and needed replaced along with the windows needing replaced, a new ceiling was needed on the porch and the barn needed a new roof. We obtain an estimate from Mr. Hershberger in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and he started immediately. We were very impressed that he worked at steadily through the cold winter weather. He was very neat and orderly and left no clutter. We have since recommended this company to many people including friends and family.

Noted the price as "Good" as it's not you get what you pay for...quality work, done on time, within the budget. The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything as it was when they arrived. Get your reservation in early, they are booked far in advance.

They came and had the old window out and the new window within four hours. Very happy with their service. They're hired for another job with me in December.
