They are outstanding and the prices are right. They are very courteous, prompt and I have no qualms with them. I would recommend them to other people.

They are true to their word about coming out. They have had to come out 5 times, and they still have not got rid of the bed bugs. I am not sure that they are going to get rid of them or not.

I would use them again in the future.

We’ve been using them for about a year. They never let me know when they are coming. It’s hard to grade their punctuality because I never know when they’re coming; I can’t tell if they are showing up on time. My technician is really knowledgeable and I like him but his company doesn’t support him very well. I won't use them in the future until they get their stuff straightened out.

They come right on time, and they get right to the point.

We had a fair amount of success with Terminix. You can really see that they know what they are doing. We are happy with them.

They just call and lets u know when they were coming out. They do give us a few days notice. They do come out when they say they will. They are nice and accommodating. I will know later in the summer how well the flea treatment works. I have no complaints.

They were cheaper than the competition, and they come every three months. I haven't had any problems with them, or with the pests since they have been coming out.

Very well. We are not bother with insects in the house or anything else. They put out traps and occasionally catch mice. So, they are doing a good job.

They are a little expensive. I pay $500 on an annual basis. I am happy with their services.

I have been satisfied with them. They have an efficient organization to keep you scheduled to have service on a quarterly basis. I sign up on a contract basis for quarterly visits. This was good especially when I had an acute problem they were out here until it was resolved.

I was very pleased with them. Overall, the job went pretty well. The price was $300 but that was for three visits. They came back every so often and if I had any problems in the mean time I could call them. I would use them again in the future. They were very punctual.

I called specifying I needed a same day appointment if possible for flea extermination. I answered questions about the problem for about 20 minutes was told there was a choice of two appointments. I choose 11-2 and they took my credit card info. I received a callat 12 pm saying that it would have to be done the next day. I had already taken a day off work!

There was some confusion about my Terminix contract coverage in relation to termite control. I will not use them again in the future.

They have been servicing this house for 6 or 7 years. We are new homeowners who just moved here in June. The gentleman that comes was familiar with the house and he continues to do the service every three months. He calls a day ahead to give us a heads-up that he is going to come. He does his thing. We can't say there has been a big improvement in bugs because we have nothing to compare it to because it has been serviced for so long. We have no complaints.

I spend $108 on that service and they come out every 3 months. I would tell others that if I suspect additional problems they always take care of it. In the summer time I had bees in my front porch and they treated the wood around the porch so the bees did not get in. They took care of it on a regular basis. I also had problems with wild animals in the back yard, so they put one of those devices underneath the deck to trap rats and skunks and things like that. They always send us an e-mail or letter and let me know ahead of time when I am due and I can also change it.

They are very efficient. If you need them in between when they normally come, they will come right out. They do a good job. The professionals are very personable and helpful.

I have an annual contract with them. They come out four times in a year. They take care of my property. I don't have any problems with pests now. They do what they say they are going to do. I would continue to use them again in the future too.

Jerry showed up the next day, reviewed what he was going to do, and did it. No problems.

very well - there service is excellent

I had trouble getting through on the phone as the message goes to a national office before it gets to the local office. This is cumbersome and I had trouble getting through 2 or 3 times. Also, they were supposed to notify me when they would be coming and instead they just showed up without notice. Once here, the servicemen seemed to be knowledgeable amd efficient. They tried to sell me insulation for the floors and the attic. I didn't appreciate that as I wasm't sure they were knowledgable about that.

They come out and spray for pests quarterly. We have been very satisfied with their service. The technician that always comes out is friendly and quite knowledgeable. The quality of their work is good too. They schedule around us and are very accommodating that way.
