Description of Work: I called because we had a ant issue. Came out (on time) quoted me a years worth of service. est cost 770.00 I agreed to a monthly fee. 2 days later my checking account was charged the full cost. (after agreed upon monthly installment. Called there customer service team. (3 times) to try and resolve. There customer service team didn't seem to worried about it. explained that some one would call me back in a couple of days to resolve. I have to have been contacted by them as of 05-21-2015. I did resolve the concern thru my bank. the ant problems seems to be resolved. and my blood pressure has come back to normal. I would have a hard time recommending them based on there lazy attitude towards there over charge and no call back.

Description of Work: They treated my home for insects and rodents also they insulated my attic. They were courteous and left my home clean after they finish the job. I had no problems with them. They serviced me for years, I think they did a good job for me!

Description of Work: We are on an annual contract. They will discount for a year paid in advance. Technicians are always courteous and well-informed. Only thing I don't like is when we first signed on many years ago, our service date was always the first Wednesday in the quarter (or something like that)..now I get messages that they are coming out XXX. If it's not a good day, I have to call or email and request another time.

Description of Work: We use Terminix for quarterly insect control around our house. They advise scheduled date ahead of time via email. Technicians appear knowledgeable and are courteous. On the occasions when service is required in the house, they use booties on their shoes. Price as a little high, but they responded to my request for a discount. We will continue to use Terminix. There have been occasions when we have had a mouse problem. Terminix came out repeatedly, and no extra charge, until problem was under control.

Description of Work: Treated whole house for bees, inside & out. House app. 30x70 no more bees wasp or any insects.

Description of Work: pest control-control carpenter ants,carpenter bees,spiders,etc. they did a good job. They are good at calling ahead to let you know when someone will be at your house. There trucks also has terminex sign and techs have uniforms.

Description of Work: WE HAVE USED THEM MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THEY HAVE CONTROLLED EVERYTHING FROM ANTS TO WASPS TO OTHER PESTS.

I live on Lake Erie , so the spiders are very bad, as well as the midges, fishflies, etc. | |They only come in the house if you ask them to, and they will come out whenever you have a problem when you're on their "plan" . They are OK, but I feel they are expensive...

Description of Work: It was good. The service technician is very nice. He helped out with pavement ants and followed up on how it was working. Very thorough.
