John Rossi is an excellent contractor. He is very honest and gives you a great deal of information upfront. He and his crew came in and removed the old concrete on one day and poured the new concrete the next. When he was digging near the house, he discovered that the storm drain tile had come apart. He showed me the situation which was probably the reason there was water coming into the basement during heavy rains. He fixed the drain tile and that seems to have fixed the water problem. He replaced the walkway from the front door to the driveway and did a very nice design in the concrete. It is obvious from his attention to detail that he is very conscientious and takes great pride in his company's work. His price was competitive and I highly recommend him. His crew was also very nice.

Getting the estimate was quick and easy and no deposit was required for them to schedule the work. It took quite a bit of time for them to actually come and do the installation as it seemed that they were trying to work me in at a time when they would already be in the area. When they did come to do the installation it was extremely efficient and prompt timewise. Work began at around 7 am and they were packing up to leave just after noon leaving behind a beautiful concrete drive while also completely cleaning up after themselves. Overall a great experience from an established company.

They were flexible and timed the work to fit into my schedule. The company is family owned and operated and has only one crew. They worked as an efficient team comprised primarily of at least three generations of family members. They stamped one slab with a company logo. The initial estimate was unimpressive, consisting of a single figure written on a card. My evaluation of the company's work was done by inspecting over half dozen other driveways ranging in age up to about 20 years, most of which were identified by the company logo. All were in perfect condition. A more detailed estimate was obtained after I pretty much decided to have them do the job. Their cost estimate was the lowest of three.

They were very good. It is a family owned business, and they do most of the driveways around Middleburg Hts. They were professional.

Jeff arrived on time and got to work. He is efficient and professional. Jeff used great care in moving furniture and placing tin foil and Styrofoam blocks under legs to help protect the carpet during the drying.

GOOD WORK. THE PROJECT STARTED LATER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO WEATHER, WHICH MADE SENSE. I CHOSE THEM BASED ON REVIEWING OTHER WORK THEY HAD DONE, INCLUDING 10 YEAR OLD DRIVES THAT STOOD UP WELL. GREAT FOLLOW UP and GOOD TIPS ON MAINTENANCE. VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW.
