Description of Work: Mr Woirman was hired over the phone from our home in Indiana to fence the back yard of a home we had purchased in West Carrollton Oh. It had a very large private back yard - and we needed 139 linear feet of 4 ft cedar split rail fencing installed with a wire liner. He sent us a quote stating linear feet - and originally quoted chain link. We did not want chain link and ordere4d 4 ft cedar split rail with wire liner as we had at our farm In Indiana. The dogs yard would be behind the house with no neighbors fencing being involved. The dogs would not be visible from the street. The fence was not started on the 8th of Ocrovwe - in fact nothing was done for several weeks except some holes were dug - in wrong place on one side. I came over to Ohio and stayed for several days camping out in a vacant house and he never showed up. I came back the next week and he finally delivered some fencing and put it in our garage. It turned out that it was no cedar but a much inferior cheaper wood fence. He did not show up for days at a time. My neighbor was keeping me ionformed. My son attempted to meet with him - took off work once after leaving a message on phone. Mr worman has NEVER answered the phone since my first contact. Nor does he call back. He has totally ignored all our calls - my attorney - both of my sons - from the fence company I just hired - NO CALLS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. He used inferior product - fence not on the proper property line - did not finish - damaged the fencing by cutting off the posts so they would required more shallow holes - used improper material - did not tamp down the posts - the fence as it now stands wobbles and will eventually fall over - improperly installed the wi9re liner and cut it between the posts and as it is now would injure my dogs because of the sharp wire ends. Now I have to p ay to have that fence removed since he has failed to do anything to mitigate this damage. DOES NO REPOND TO MESSAGE - DOES NOT SHOW UP - INFERIOR WORKMANSHIP - INFERIOR PRODUCTS USED AND NO FENCE 23 DAYS AFTER HE TOLD ME IN WRITING THE FENCE WOULD BE IN BY THE 10TH OF OCTOBER. TODAY IS OCTOBER 28TH.
