Description of Work: Trentals does our lawn care in the summer and driveway in the winter. We used them because the prior owners used them, and I think they have worked on this lawn for several years. They do a good job on the lawn at a reasonable charge. The above charge is the charge to cut the lawn one time. I am not unhappy with their service of specifically cutting the lawn. My overall main problem has been reaching them. I have left messages by email and phone with the owner to get additional work done (touch up landscaping, adding aeration/fertilization to current service) and it is difficult to get a response (ie I need to leave several messages and eventually he responds or I just give up). It's unfortunate because I have additional work I'd like to give them but have not been able to discuss this successfully with him to give them the business. I'm thinking about changing lawn care folks, but because they do a good job on the lawn specifically and have worked with the property for a long time I haven't changed yet.

+ -1 moreIt was perfect. They were very good. I liked their attention to detail. They were very efficient. They don't respond to phone calls very well. It takes several times of calling them to get them to call you back.
