+ -1 moreThis was not a good experience for me. The owner was so personable and seemed to understand what I needed to have cleaned when she came out to give me an estimate. The disappointment came when the two young ladies arrived with nothing more than a plastic carrier with spray bottles of cleaner, glass cleaner, etc. As we have many antiques I never use Pledge or any type spray polish on the furniture. I previously explained this to the owner. I was willing to supply the Guardsman and antique care items. Once I realized they had no idea this was to be a house cleaning to rid the rooms of accumulated fine dust from the renovation, I instructed them to wipe the woodwork. As they did not bring buckets or rags, I also supplied those items and the microcloths for cleaning using only water for the wiping down. I brought in ladders so they could reach the top of fan blades and the kitchen cupboards. I stayed in the house just to make sure everything was done. I did stop them from doing the routine cleaning, polishing furniture and vacuuming. It just was not what I expected.
Description of Work: As this service was over three years ago I cannot remember all the details. I do know I was extremely disappointed as I had never used a cleaning service in fifty years. We had remodeled a kitchen with ceramic tile flooring being taken out. Two showers had new tile installed. There was fine dust every where. I went on line to find a service. Lady Brigade responded. The owner came out, gave me an estimate. I was not concerned about price as I was interested in getting the cleaning done throughout the house, which is a ranch with four bedrooms, two full and two half baths, a foyer, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen; a small in-law area with full bath, bedroom, and living room. The problem was the fine dust. That is really what I wanted cleaned. There are ceiling fans in most of the rooms. The blades needed dusting and wiped down in the worst way. Two young ladies showed up with a plastic carrier that contained cleaning supplies. They had nothing else. I supplied the step ladders, buckets, and microfiber cloths to wipe the woorwork with. I had the feeling they had never done this type of cleaning before. The owner did not show up as she took a child to the Dr. I cannot remember how long they were at my home. I do know I was terribly dissatisfied with the job. It did enable me to do my usual weekly detailed cleaning during the next few days. I think the owner did call and I relayed my disappointment. I do not recall any attempt to rectify my concerns. She sent a bill and I paid. There was no suggestion to charge less for the unsatsifactory work.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreI was worried the first time I called because their voicemail was full. The second time I called, however, they answered and scheduled a visit immediately. They came when they said they would and cleaned our house without any hesitance. They have a large crew so are here for a very short period of time. They are also good at touching base with us. Lucy calls or texts whenever she is due to come and makes sure all is well. We were so pleased with her services through groupon that we've decided to keep going. While I understand that other reviewers have had concerns, we have experienced nothing negative. Lucy and company are friendly and thorough. We trust them and are pleased to have found such an affordable option. I would recommend them highly and am grateful to have found them.
Description of Work: We first purchased three cleanings through groupon and decided to keep them on for biweekly cleanings.

+ -1 moreAVOID! AVOID! AVOID!These people were horrible. We too tried them through Groupon. They scheduled us for 9:30 on their Groupon site. Even on their message they say you should go to Groupon to schedule. Then they call and say that they will be there at 10:30 to 12. Then 12 rolls around and it will be 1:30. When they show up they are not professional. She tells me that they have nothing to do with Groupon and that schedule. She claims it is not her fault. She then tells me she will not clean until I apologize to her for being mad about being late. I don't and make them get to work. I quickly kick them out when it becomes apparent they are going to go in, break things, make a mess and as she said "get in and get out". On the way out, she then threatens me saying she was not done with me yet. She seemed to take pride that people hated her. These people were horrible. I don't know why I even let her past the doorway. Just avoid them like the plague. I am not sure how to say it stronger. Don't go near them at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Services? We kicked them out before they had a chance to "clean" ... if that is what they do.

+ -1 moreOn 3/25 I purchased a groupon for 3 cleanings by Lady Bridade Cleaning. Initally, I called the company and left a message. After two days of not receiving a response I sent an e-mail to request scheduling. Lucy Borchers responded that she could set this up and requested I text her my address and housing information. I thought it was strange to communicate by text but went ahead and provided her the information. Her responses were vague and unprofessional. Finally tonight she asked me if I resided in Beavercreek. I answered that I lived in Kettering. She texted again and said " No Kettering"- that was all she said. This is terrible way to interact with a customer! The groupon clearly states that I must live in a 30 mile radius of a specific address which I do. In fact I am only 9 miles away. Now working with groupon for a refund. I would not recommend using this company
