KITCHEN TUNE-UP

Slow worker, took seven days for what was initially estimated as two-three days. Electrical work sub-contracted. Dry wall contractor was on vacation and I had to find my own to expedite the job, Primary installer was injured in an accident and owner worked alone, except for installation of two cabinets, countertops, microwave and sink. Finish work was very amature. Caulking was sloppy. Counter end splash did not fit and remedy was substandard. Did not prep work surfaces. I had agreed to post job painting and the lack of prep made this very difficult. Refrigerator and dishwasher were not leveled. Microwave wall bracket was bent, making removal of bottom plate near impossible. Had to hire another contractor to fix the really big gaffs. Whenever contfronted with problems was argumentative and tried to assign blame elseware.
