+ -1 moreThe service that Mr VanDine did was awesome. I had several acquaintences use him and they were very pleased. As this was an insurance claim, he did all the paperwork and made contact with the insurance company. He was right on time for his estimate and advised exactly when he could do the work. He took care of making sure that our flowers were protected and did a great job with everything. His guys were very professional and made sure we knew what was going on all the way through. After the job was done you would have never known that they were ever there in the first place. I wouldn't think of using anybody else for a roof.

Description of Work: Roofers did tear-off of old roof, replaced roof plywood as needed, removed old roof vents and replaced applicable plywood, installed edge membrane per code, installed felt underlayment, installed new shingles and ridge vent. Work was done quickly and site was completely clean when they were finished. I think over time I have maybe found one or two roofing nails, so a good job of clean-up. Mr. VanDine was prompt, courteous, and easy to deal with. They had missed one small area of damaged underlayment on a corner of the garage but when noted they quickly corrected the oversight and re-shingled that area. Mr. VanDine wasn't going to charge for that extra piece of plywood but finally did when I insisted.

+ -1 moreThe name of the owner is Jim Vandine. I have always used this gentleman. This is the second roof he has put on. My experience with him was fine. They were in and out in one day; tear off and put back on. I had an insurance claim. I did not pay anything. I would surely use this company again in the future. They were excellent in terms of punctuality, responisveness and quality.
Description of Work: I had a new roof put on by Vandine & Co.
