Frank's Heating and Air Conditioning

Frank is not only a good business man but a caring man of God as well. He cares about people and doing the best job possible. He let me use his portable AC units while he worked on finding the leak to my AC unit. He really knows what he is doing and does a great job of it. I highly recommend him.

We needed a furnace tune up and we are very happy to find Frank's Heating and Air Conditioning. He explained the process and showed me the results. Our furnace is running much better after he cleaned the flame sensor. Frank seems to enjoy what he does, and takes a lot of pride in his job. His prices are very reasonable, and I plan on having him back in the spring for an A/C check up.

I called Frank after getting a diagnostic from another company. He came to my house the same day, late in the evening to find out why my AC was working so poorly. First he took the outside unit apart and inspected everything and took his readings. Then he cleaned everything up on the unit and monitored changes while it dried. Frank spent an hour and a half inspecting everything. He even looked at my thermostat and took temperature readings from floor vents. He was not only extremely thorough, he invited me to watch him work if I wanted and explained what he was doing, what the different components were, and explained how the system functions, and his reasoning on what he thought the problem was. He determined the cause of my issue was the coils on the outside unit were too dirty causing the unit to work harder and consequently overheat, making the unit turn on briefly, overheat, shutdown ,and repeat. He cleaned the coils and the unit has functioned well for almost a month now. the other company was quick to say my compressor was fried and quoted my $2400 to replace the parts and tried to scare me into replacing the entire unit by eluding that there were probably other problems as well. Frank charged me only $60 for a late night hour and a half call. Great guy, great service. I can not say enough good things about him. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working fine.

Frank showed up on time and with the new thermostat and had all the right tools. He installed the thermostat and programmed it to work with my home network. After the installation he took the time to go over all the functions and how to use them. He was very knowledgeable about the Nest Thermostat.

The experience with Frank was great from the very beginning. When calling for an appointment, the customer service was very pleasant. There were evening and weekend hours for the same as daily rates and accommodated my schedule. Frank was right on time. He was personable, efficient, and informative. He found our problem quickly and took care of it promptly and for a very reasonable price. I will be recommending Frank's Heating and Air Conditioning to all my friends and family.
