Description of Work: Installed wood flooring over a cement slab in our family room and it looks fabulous. Dave was very helpful in answering questions and we will definitely use Floorco again.

Description of Work: My husband & I had carpeting & vinyl replaced. We were told that this would be completed on a Monday & Tuesday but instead the project extended to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. We saw some mistakes with the vinyl that included some lumps under the surface as well as gaps between the flooring & the baseboards. The owner did come to our home & agreed with our concerns, however, he told us he would call us in a few days with a plan to rectify the situation. That was 3 weeks ago.

Description of Work: Engineered hardwood floor was installed improperly in my remodeled kitchen/dining room resulting in much heaving and buckling. After delaying for 9 weeks, Floorco agreed to remove and re-install new flooring. Delay was unreasonable, but after the re-install, the owner expected me to write him a check for some portion of his cost. He refused to recognize that I incurred costs associated with the removal and re-installation; eg. removal and re-installation of all appliances, removal and reinstallation of base boards, installation of toe moldings to cover floor seams around the already installed new cabinets, living without a working kitchen for an additional 9 weeks resulting in my having to eat dinners out for more then 20 times, and the need to replace my front door because the re-installation raised the floor preventing my door from opening fully. I did not ask the owner to absorb these costs of approximately $2900.00, but yet he expected me, in addition, to write him a check for part of his approximate $4500.00 cost to fix his bad initial installation. I would not recommend using this company for any remodeling work.

Description of Work: The firm was friendly, courteous, and quoted competitive pricing. The only reason we did not employ them was their unresponsiveness to our warranty questions in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Floorco installed engineered hardwoods throughout my two story town home, plus, they tiled my bathrooms. They worked quickly, thoroughly, and meticulously---leaving me with floors that are the envy of my complex. | Floorco also provided advice on product selection and maintenance. Honest and trustworthy.

Description of Work: Took out old carpeting and disposed of old carpeting and pad. Replaced carpeting and pad.

Description of Work: Having Dave give us an estimate on our new hardwood flooring was a good experience. He and his employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. However, the project was more costly than we anticipated. In all fairness, we did not go back to pick cheaper wood. We did our due diligence and got more estimates and ended up going with a different company.
