Doctor Steam Carpet Cleaning

It had traffic stains on it in certain areas. They came on time and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. After the carpet dried, some traffic stains could still be seen. The workers came back and redid those spots. Carpet looked great when they were done.

I love him. I found him through a neighbor. I was looking for a deal on Angie's List, and I didn't find any so I used him, and after he did the work, I wanted to give him an awesome review. I have a cat, and it likes to urinate in the house, and this guy takes the urine away. The guy who owns the company is a chemistry major. I have two rooms, and one just wreaked, so I thought I was going to spend a fortune. The minimum they charge is 115 Dollars, and I had two rooms. They lifted up the target, and sprayed where the urine was, and they removed other stains as well. The guy was awesome. They had to charge me a little extra just to get it up there. In addition to cat urine, I had coffee stains, and I have a little boy, and so had paint stains. I have had other carpet cleaners come in, and they say that it cannot be done. I will continue using him. I get coupons from other cleaners, but I just want to use him. He is very honest, and told me that I don't need to replace my padding or carpets.

The owner has a degree in Chemistry. He uses a strong percent peroxide and it truly works. Not only did he show me the other side of carpet, but he cleaned both sides. In addition he got ride of paint, coffee and marker stains in the next room. I thought the whole cat pee removal would cost hundreds, but I was greatly mistaken. He was honest and thorough in his work and explained what he was doing. He even wear slippers over his shoes. I can now set in my room w/o the overwhelming stench of cat pee!!! I contacted Doctor Steam Carpet Cleaning as a result of another provider failing to provide the service we needed. We just bought a new house which was a foreclosure and several stains (many deep) throughout the house. I contacted Ron around 2pm on a Friday (day after Thanksgiving) and he was at the house at 3pm. I would give this provider an A++ for responsiveness. He was also very professional, punctual and explained what most of the stains were. The only reason I gave him a B on the quality was there were quite a few stains after the treatment, which I didn't notice until the next day. However, he did explain ahead of time, some would not be able to be removed because of the type of the stain they were. We were just hoping more stains would be removed. Overall, this was a great experience.

Overall, it is not positive, but not too negative either. When the service guy came to my house, he told me that for the estimated price a lot of services were not included, which was a surprise.

This is the most professional company I have had at my home! They are very detailed and respectable. From the start of putting on shoe covers and a small carpet at each entrance to wipe off their feet to the end by raking the carpet and bringing their own fans, I was very impressed!! After they were finished the carpet looked excellent! Jim and Adam worked well as a team and know what great customer service is all about. Thanks again!! Job well done!

Called about a week before to set up a mutually-agreeable date and time. this is a busy time of year for the carpet cleaning business, but they were able to find a time that worked for everyone. The service technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. First, he vaccuumed, then he began the steam cleaning. He moved small pieces of furniture to clean under them, and then put little styrofoam blocks under them. During cleaning, he brought in huge fans to help dry the carpet soonest. In the end, the carpet looks as good as new! All spots are gone. He raked the carpet to bring the nap up. He also steam cleaned one chair cushion that had a pet stain. I am very satisfied!

Even though the Ceramic Tile proved to be a challenge they came back two additional times at no charge to meet my quality requirement. Great Technician. Great Company. I have recommended them to all my friends.

Jim performed all aspects of the service with professional competence and attention to customer requests. He was prompt in arrival, took care to prevent external dirt from entering the house, and performed all cleaning efficiently and effectively. He worked around the obstruction of an upright grand piano and performed spot removal before the general run cleaning. Results were spectacular and far exceeded our experience with another company a year earlier.Jim cleaned up after his work, left us with instructions (and foot covers) for when we could get back on the carpets, and made positive suggestions for addressing wear patterns. We were delighted with the experience.

Being dissatisfied with our previous carpet cleaner, we researched Angie's list and decided - based on positive reviews - to try Doctor Steam Carpet Cleaners. I received a preliminary quote over the phone for the work we needed. Jim was assigned to our job and he arrived right on time. He measured and gave us a written quote that was within $10 of the estimate we were given on the phone. Jim then thoroughly explained the process they use and we were immediately impressed. They vacuum all areas, spray the entire area with a soap solution and some sort of peroxide solution on the problem areas. Then these solutions were thoroughly raked into the carpet to insure all fibers were adequately treated. Then he steam cleaned the carpet and I can tell you that it was Very obvious that it was true steam and not a water solution used by most of the other carpet companies. If as he was progressing with the job he was not fully satisfied with an area, he carried a spray bottle of some solution that he would stop and apply and then again go over the area with the steam. As each room was finished he would set up a vertical high power drying fan. It took just over 3 hours for him to complete the job and when he was done everything looked fantastic. The job was professionally done with care and concern for the customer. I can not be more enthusiastic in my recommendation of this company to others. They are without a doubt the best we have ever had and I am pretty darn old!!

found their number from another provider, called, they returned call and gave me and estimate. We scheduled and appointment. I paid extra for the miliage. No one in my area had a review for upholstery.

This is by far the best carpet cleaning company I have used. Realizing that we have cats, Jim used a black light to look for urine stains not visible to the naked eye (no other company I have used performed this service). Our dining room was particularly bad and he did a complete peroxide treatment in there before cleaning. Very professional and courteous and good value for the money. This is the only carpet cleaning service I will use in the future.

In and out pretty quickly, with a well run crew of not your typical shady characters typically scene with other carpet cleaning out fits. Both gentleman were courteous and friendly.

It was great having a "no surprises" experience. He kept his word on price, quality of work, and professionalism. He worked hard, explained what he was doing and the results I would see. He was right! Everything came clean and smelled great. It was really nice to have a no hassle service experience. They even called the next day to make sure I was happy with the work. I can recommend them. They did a pretty good job. I am going to use them again. They were on time and punctual. They took their time and paid attention to the spots that we had on our carpet. There was nothing negative about them.

They vacuumed, then applied soap and brushed it into the carpet before steam cleaning the carpets. Then added fans to speed drying and brushed the carpet back out.

Great service for a reasonable price.

They arrived when they said they would and if actually took only an hour and half.
