Description of Work: Our dog had been sick all over the dining room and living room carpet. They came out right away, within a few days if my call, and cleaned the carpet. I've used them in past and they have always been prompt, professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. They will always be my first call when I need carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: He put down new padding and re-stretched the carpet after the water heater had leaked into the room. I wish we had known about him sooner as I may not have needed to tear out all of the padding. He is absolutely the best. We will use his services for our next cleaning.

Description of Work: Our carpet is old and abused and I wanted to make the best of it for houseguests over the week of Thanksgiving. Dr. Steam worked some kind of miracle. Very professional, walk-through before and after service, and the owner of the company came by to check on the progress. Would heartily recommend.

We have had carpets cleaned before but this was a remarkably nice experience. The carpets look great, the house smells fresh and they were just wonderful. Our overall experience with them has been good and they have been great.

+ -1 moreDoctor Steam came out to clean our carpet before our daughter's birthday party. We were very pleased as the dog odor was completely removed. They did a thorough job and replaced the padding and sealed the subfloor. They were courteous, prompt and even left us a bottle of spotter. We have had several carpet cleaners over the years. I think Doctor Steam was by far the best. Cost a little bit more, but well worth it. We will definitely use again.
