We got on their calendar for a certain day and time. They called us 15 minutes out to let us know they were on the way. They applied deodorizer to the carpet and then proceeded to clean the steps and rec room carpet. They were very thorough and ensured 100% of the carpet was covered and cleaned. We have used Collins carpet dozens of times over the years for our rental properties and personal residence. You won't find a better deal on quality carpet cleaning than Collins! They have always done a great job and are our go to carpet cleaners!

They were amazing. The first application of the deodorizer was sprayed in the basement, the stairwell and the garage. Two days later I inspected the property and could still smell some cat urine. They returned at the time agreed upon and sprayed again, this time using a more potent mixture, he spent more time and really soaked the wood steps, under the steps and a plywood dividing wall in the basement, and only charged me the same as the first application. I returned to the empty house a few days later and the smell is GONE! I highly recommend this company and this process to remove stubborn cat urine smell.
