The guys at City Wide have been extremely helpful regarding our fence. We had a fence put up three months ago by them (it looked beautiful), and some strong winds took down a six foot gate this week. City Wide was responsive, sent someone out to take a look within 24 hours of my call, and will be making the repairs at no cost to us, despite the fact that they didn't have to. I am super appreciative of their actions and would highly recommend them.

Bob, Lee and Jeff installed our fence with the upmost professionalism. Attention to detail is their to priority. Continually asking “ Is everything looking ok for you”, let me know that my satisfaction was their goal. If you are in the need for fencing I HIGHLY recommend them. They came all the way to Eastern Kentucky to make our project perfect.

I didn't use City Wide Fence, but my neighbor did, and they worked on her fence for two days this week. Both days it was raining and given the fence our neighbor was installing borders our property, they were on our side of the fence, totally fine. What isn't fine though is that Monday, March 7 and Thursday, March 10 (when they came back to re-work on it) is they left my side of the fence a total mess. There is a plant/flower garden that borders the fence line and dirt and muddy shoe footprints were left all through my driveway and tracked back to the neighboring yard. Not to mention the wet sawdust left on the sidewalk both times. Do it once, fine I'll sweep it away when it's dry and live with it. A second time and I had to write a review. Cleanliness and cleaning up after their mess is something clearly that CityWide Fence does not preach.

Bob was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. However, estimate for work to be completed was significantly higher than another provider. Didn't use for this project, but would definitely call again to get an estimate for future work. If pricing was more in line, would use for service.

Hired them to replace a damaged privacy Fence and they did such a great jub we had them put up a decorative fence between the yard and pool. Very efficient and timely. Took 1 day on decorative fence and large privacy Fence only took 2 days. Timely with feedback and calls. Will use if needed.

We contacted City Wide Fence Co. in mid-May to ask for someone to come out to give us an estimate for a 6 ft. privacy fence. We did received an email response from the company stating that they were very busy, but would contact us as soon as they could to send someone out. Bob Perkins came out as scheduled the second week of June and gave us an approximate estimate for a 6 foot pressure treated wood privacy fence. He confirmed our email address and said he would send us a final estimate within a couple of days. We never heard back from him, so we hired Willhiote & Sons. They did a fabulous job and were great to work with.

Bob Perkins, the owner, was great! It took us a little while to get on the same page, Bob's truck broke down the day we were supposed to meet for a quote, but he provided a rough estimate based on my description and the length of fence I needed. I was able to send him a plot layout, to which he refined his quote. I received quotes from a few other companies as well, and Bob's was the one of the best prices, especially the quality of work he described. Because of the time of year (apparently everyone got fences this summer!), it took a few weeks to get Bob and his guys out there. In that time, we had an issue with our HOA approval and ended up changing the plan two or three times. Bob responded each time with a new quote, adjusting based on my new descriptions. Once he finally got out there, he confirmed the plan he had was the most recent and correct version, and then his guys got to work. Three days and we had a fence. The first day was setting posts. The guys did that in half a day, and even cut back a few trees in the way for a minimal price (we agreed on in the beginning). The second day was the concrete setting, no work to be done. On the third day, the framing went up and the pickets attached. Everything was done with such care, the fence looks great. In fact, our neighbors across the street stopped by to get Bob's card, because they were considering a fence and were so impressed with his work. Bottomline: Initial coordination was a bit lacking, largely my fault though. Bob responded when needed and the end product is excellent!

I would never recommend them to anyone. The guy came out and gave me an estimate of $3923.00 to put in a fence. I was under the impression that his people did everything and I asked for a vinyl coated chain link fence and 2 sets of double drive gates. He gave me the proposal on 7/19/13, then he gave me a date of 8/13-15/13 to do the job. I put a down payment of $1300.00. When he came he had all his workers with him but could not find my property line and wanted to charge me $500.00 more to find my property line. Then his guys left and came back with a man that would find the property line for $200.00 and I said no. I said I wanted to cancel the order and two days later the manager called and said they would do the property line for free. I said no and he said I owed a 20% restock fee. He refunded my money except for the 20% restock fee. I thought they knew what they were doing when they scheduled the job and for them to show up the day of the job and tell me they did not know where the property line was, then not to refund all my money when I was entitled to a full refund if cancelled within 7 days was unacceptable to me.

I hired City Wide to repair my fence door. Bob came out, gave me an estimate, and I agreed. The guys came out the next day and fixed the door. Both Bob and the employees were punctual and professional. I would use them again for any fence repair issues.

They did a good job, seems to be holding up well. I would use them again.

The experience with City Wide was excellent from the start. After getting several quotes from other companies we decided to not only go with them due to price but for their professionalism as well. Rather than just ask what we wanted they gave us several suggestions/drawings and worked with us as we decided on our final design. Despite running into several days of bad weather they still finished the deck in a reasonable time frame. Everyone that has seen it so far is amazed how nice it turned out. We knew what it was going to look like before it was even started yet we were still impressed how great it looks. Thanks Scott and the rest of the City Wide team!

We needed a lot of fence (approx 1500 feet) and I contacted 5 fence companies. I got estimates from 3, and Bob at Citywide had the best price and good feedback on Angie?s List. The Citywide crew was awesome. Did a great job and man, are they workers. It was really hot during the time they were working but they didn?t let up. They even took special care to make sure the fence met the ground so our little dog couldn?t get out too. Couldn?t have asked for anything more ? they did a great job for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again in the future.

They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do and the workers were very professional. I even changed the plan after they started and they worked with me to add more than I planned to do. I would definitely use them and recommend them.

WOW! What a great experience! The new fence is beautiful, VERY well-constructed, and the service was VERY professional! All-around, we now have a new fence that we absolutely LOVE! The price was good, and the services was WONDERFUL! Very easy transaction....next time we need this type of work done, we will be be calling City Wide Fence, for sure!

We had a 6ft vinyl privacy fence with gate/rails installed around the perimeter of our home and it is beautiful!!! We received 3 total estimates for our project and Bob blew the others out of the water. He listened to my husband and I talk over each other trying to describe what we wanted. He was patient, professional and kind. He came out on a Saturday and by Monday he gave us quotes on both vinyl and cedar and explained the benefits of both. The fence was installed in 3 days by Keith & Scott who were very professional. We had a concern with how far the fence could extend due to the underground cables & power lines, Keith & Scott made sure we were fully informed and asked our permission before proceeding. The guys cleaned up well behind themselves, there was a lot of dirt left behind but they did pack it in around our trees. I had to work which prolonged me getting Bob his final payment and he was kind enough to come get it. Great job overall.

They were there when they said they would be. It took only 2 days and they were extremely professional.

The entire process was seemless. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate and indicated the materials should be in on Thursday and they would be out to install of Monday 3-4-13, depending on the weather. The workers arrived on Monday 3-4-13 and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend City Wide Fence Co.

The work started slow, there seemed to be a issue with their supplier for the cedar. Bob made attempts to get a quality wood from other locations, it was decided to wait for who he was familiar with. The fence was installed on a pretty steep grade in my backyard, each picket placed individually. There was an issue with the quality of the post tops (they were hand cut and done horribly). Bob was quick to come out and inspect the issue and correct it.

They were the only company who could do the job. They came out and actually finished the job a day ahead of schedule. Their working shift was very good. The quality of fencing is very good. The wood they've used is really good. We asked them to look like there is an extra fence and they've made it look better than that. I would recommend them to others.

The owner answered my call, he came out, gave an approximate repair date, and came out and fix the fence. The estimate matched the final price.

I called this fencing company and received a call back to get an estimate. The man said he would go by and get me an estimate on doing the fencing. A week went by and I never received an estimate. I called and left another message to followup but never received another call back. I cannot comment on the fencing quality because we were never able to get that far.

The work went smoothly. There was bad weather, but they did a great job of working around it.
