Description of Work: Ordered firewood on their website. After several days past with no response or wood delivered, I called and spoke to Eileen. She said she never received an email. I ordered the firewood through her and was told the wood would be delivered on Sat. It is now Tues., no wood no communication. Called again, spoke with Eileen again and was told the truck broke down and they wouldn't be delivering firewood. A call explaining that on Sat or even Mon would have been the professional thing to do.

+ -1 moreeverything went very well! they were very professional and helpful in the discussions prior to performing the work. during the performance of the work they were very careful not to damage anything. they went about doing the trimming very carefully and did a superb job in cleaning up afterwards. you would not have known they were here. I already have recommended them to others and a neighbor has already utilized their services. I will definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: they trimmed the dead wood out of my oak tree, some of which was extending over my house and over the public sidewalk and street.

+ -1 moreI found them through an ad. The reason I chose them was because they have arborists that come out to do the trimming. They did a good job with cleanup. It's a lot of money for trimming trees, but they spent all day.
Description of Work: They trimmed the trees, and removed the debris.
