Description of Work: Cared for lawn with treatments however while we were away they missed a treatment setting our lawn condition back. I did call and they did come out but it was hard to recover from the missed care. Also, when I was away taking care of my parent I had asked that they stop calling to solicit me to come back and they still continued to call me. It got so bad that at one time they called & I explained I was at the airport waiting for a flight that my mother had had a heart attack and the man said "This will only take a moment of your time." I told them not to call any longer & termed the conversation. They have continued to solicit us and in turn have ruined their chances of doing business with us.

Description of Work: My grass was in better shape before they came. Had many weeds whichthey never got rid of. My new service has done one treatment and my weeds are gone and grassSee is lush. They spent more time calling me tying to get me to sign on for more and expensive services when they couldn't even take care of what they were supposed to.

+ -1 moreThey burned my lawn. They over sprayed and killed areas of the lawn. They were not responsive and they tried to say they were not responsible for the result of the lawn dying. It was a very unpleasant experience and I no longer use them.

+ -1 moreI've received no value from this service. They call me constantly to try to up sell me. In fact, I asked that they look over my lawn as NOTHING had improved. They said they would get back to me, and they didn't. I'm not sure what they're doing, but it's NOT effective.

+ -1 moreI CONTRACTED WITH THEM FOR 4 APPLICATIONS OF WEEDING AND FERTILIZER LAST YEAR. I PAID THEM IN FULL FOR THE FOUR APPLICATIONS. WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION FROM ME, THEY JUST CAME OUT AND STARTED APPLYING THE SAME SERVICE THIS YEAR, AND I ONLY WANTED IT FOR LAST SEASON. LAST YEAR, THEY WOULD LEAVE A FLAG IN MY YARD AFTER TREATMENT AND AN INVOICE ON MY FRONT DOOR. THIS YEAR, NO FLAG OR INVOICE, JUST A BILL IN THE MAIL. I WANT THEM TO STOP TREATING MY YARD AND TO STOP BILLING ME FOR SERVICES THAT I DON'T WANT. THEY'VE CALLED ME REPEATEDLY AND SENT OUT SEVERAL BILLS, SOMETIMES CALLING AS LATE AS 8:00PM. THEY'VE BEEN RUDE WITH ME ON THE PHONE AND I WANT THEM TO STOP. I CONTRACTED WITH THEM FOR 4 APPLICATIONS LAST SEASON, AND THAT IS ALL I WANTED. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO FORCE ME TO KEEP THEIR SERVICES AND I WILL NOT.

Description of Work: I MADE A VERBAL AGREEMENT FOR A LAWN TREATMENT. I CHANGED MY MIND AND CANCELLED IT BY CALLING THEM THE VERY NEXT DAY. A FEW DAYS LATER, I DISCOVERED THEIR INVOICE ATTACHED TO MY SIDE DOOR AND A TRUGREEN FLAG IN THE YARD. IT TURNS OUT, DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION, THEY TREATED MY LAWN. AFTER I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION AND MENTIONED ANGIES LIST, THEY SAID A CREDIT WOULD BE APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT.
