TITAN ASPHALT & PAVING

They did a wonderful job on our driveway, the workers were so nice and they cleaned up after themselves didn’t leave anything behind for us to clean!! Highly recommend them, polite and hard workers.

Terrible. The worker who showed up to say they were starting had alcohol on his breath and appeared to be hungover (he was operating the backhoe). They damaged my fence with the back hoe. The area by the fence gate was low and now have excessive ponding. They came back out and made it worse. They gave me a free seal-coat but there were splash marks all over my siding. The owner was very mean and had a bad attitude. Good luck trying to get a hold of him. They were scheduled to come out again but cancelled with an email. I will give credit to Katie the office manager. She was extremely professional too bad she has to put up with Pete the owner. My advice is to go somewhere else or good luck.

The work was done promptly and professionally. I was impressed with the work ethic and skill of the crew. Pete has been very responsive and promptly addressed the one concern that I had. I am completely happy with the work done by Titan.

Titan did a great job. On the first day they excavated the grass and topsoil for the new addition and piled the soil nearby for me to use next year in our garden. Then they packed the gravel foundation. They also removed the section of asphalt driveway that needed to be replaced and cleaned up. The next day they paved both sections neatly and sealed the edges. The whole crew was efficient and neat; they even blew a large a area of leaves for us and this was at the peak of leaf season. When it rained several days later we found that the repaired section was still forming a little puddle. When I sent pictures Titan came back out promptly and touched up the section. No more puddling and the whole job looks terrific. We will have them back next summer to sealcoat the entire driveway.

Their product is awfull it didn't last 8 months before it washed away or pealed up. The 2 guys that showed up---- one I would have fired on the spot he spent more time on his phone that cleaning and triming the edges for the application. The other just flat out lied about the quality and product life when I questioned him about the poor spray application. I ended up cleaning the driveway of debris and trimed the edges I also had to direct them in areas they hardly spray covered..

A new driveway was put over the old one. There was a front asphalt walkway which was removed per my request. When they removed the sidewalk they broke the bottom step going into the house and cracked the foundation the step was sitting on. Would not acknowledge they broke it or would repair it.

They did a very good job. Were neat and cleaned up after they were done.

The old drive was ripped out and the new drive put in over the existing old dir base. What was not done: 1. Old base was never graded and now the driveway is pitched so water runs back to the foundation of my house. 2. The drive is too high and the water runs into my garage 3. The hump from the old drive is still there which was the original issue with the water having a reverse flow, but now it is worse after the new drive was put in. 4. The 4" of limestone was never used, but that is because they never excavated or graded the old base to fix the issues I had prior to getting the driveway done. 5. The drive was not done in 2 lifts resulting in many areas only being less than 1" thick. 6. When it rains I have pools of water in many areas of drive since it does not drain correctly, and then water pouring into my garage and pooling at my foundation of my house. 7. I question the workers at the time of service and was blown off. I wrote to company that day and was told they would come out and fix. Then a date was given for repair , the work was rescheduled. Still on the rescheduled date no one showed up. Called and was given the run around again. 8. To fix this issue I need to have my drive tore out. Excavate/Grade existing asphalt drive so the base is correctly pitched and reasphalt. Cost will be over $4000 to get it done correctly. To give someone a estimate of work that will be performed , take there money and do a very inferior job then run them around is nothing less than criminal .I see now in other reviews on the web where this company has done the same thing to other folks. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!

OUTSTANDING job!!! Beyond thrilled with the results. Titan is professional from top to bottom and their communication was great. Pete (owner) was on the job site himself and was working the equipment. All the guys were nice and very hard working. The most stressful part of our job was getting cars out of the development. We posted numerous notices but tow trucks were still involved. Pete calmed me down and said they deal with it on a daily basis. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the way the drives turned out. We have already advised Titan we will be hiring them for maintenance and upkeep.

I've never seen such nice men who were hardworking and professional. They worked continuously during the job and were very dedicated to the work. They were kind and answered all my questions. The price was great and beat all others I looked at. They cleaned up after the job as well.

I'm very happy with the work done by Titan.

Came out for estimate within 10 days. Received estimate in US Mail over 10 days later, along with follow-up phone call same day. Price was as high as concrete drive, which I already initiated work on. Another follow up call 2 weeks later after my concrete drive was finished. Very polite in person and on phone, but slow in response and price was high.

They were horrible so I had not paid them for their services. They were supposed to fix my driveway and they ended up repaving over my driveway. My asphalts now went too high than it originally was. When I went to another company to ask how to fix it, they said it's going to cost me $3,500 and an additional $3,000 if I will have a contract with them. I got an inspection from the city where I live and they contacted Titan Asphalt, but they never contacted me since then.

They are excellent. I called them last October after seeing somebody's drive on the street and because of the date they said that they won't do it just then. If the weather changes or something they cannot guarantee the work and she said that they would put us top of the list for spring which they did. I thought that was really good because I had a friend who had a different company come out and they actually did the work when they should not have done it. Of course it is not a good job. Then the City put in water lines and so we wanted them to wait until that work was through. The day before they come and put up the drive, they come in and trim back the lawn and made sure that they had a good surface to work with. They next day they come and take off an inch or two of the drive down and settled it with the paving material. Then they said they would be back in a year which would be next summer to seal again. We had an opportunity actually to see how some of the other drive ways they had done several years ago had held up. Ours needed doing very badly because we have been in this house for nearly 40 years and we did not have anything expect that sealed stuff put on top. Assuming ours is also going to hold up as well because the other ones on the street have held up very well over a couple of winters. They are a small company. They are a local company. The girl who answers the phone is extremely pleasant and personable. You feel like that you are dealing with very reliable neighbourhood people. You really feel like that if you have any problem and you call them you would get some results. We were very comfortable with them as well. We kind of laughed because every time we turned around there were Titan signs in everybody's lawns. Price wise it was less than what we thought it would be.
